Due to roadworks there was no parking near the hotel available. This was Unfortunately not mentioned before hand. Room was okay, no airco, noice from the terras just below but only until 23.00 hours. Breakfast ok. Food in restaurant under hotel (separate owners) okay, but got cappuccino without coffee and only could pay cash (had to go back to find...

It is a really good place for a cosy stay in Mannheim. It has a nice garden where you can enjoy the good house wine, or beer. The breakfast is nice, and it is on a reasonable price (5 EUR/pc). The service and staff is also nice and professional. However they have problems with the WiFi, since there is net...

We stayed in this hotel on our way back to London after the Christmas holidays. We got an apartment which was clean, comfortable, quiet, well equipped and very spacious, which is important as we were travelling with our dog. the wifi worked very well. Breakfast was not included but it wasn't hard to find a good bakery in the morning...

The location and ambiance and quite nice but the poor service ruined the experience. My friend order a tomato soup which was supposed to be served with bruschetta but in fact came out with cheap french bread. When we politely pointed this out to the waiter, he didn't apologize but rudely argued about it until we pointed to the description...

This really a review of the hotel and the restaurant. First note, the hotel had bugs crawling almost everywhere, although we didn't see them until after the first night, a bummer, but I'll get to that. First I'll talk about the restaurant. We made reservations with my friends and my family. Evidently the staff was short-handed and the chef had...

We stayed in across the road in the apts , It was nice and clean with just the right things you need to be independent. You walk across the road for the included breakfast, which is very good. Staff friendly and helpful. The apartment would greatly benefit from some air con as it got very hot up there. we was...

We all have problems in our businesses and I believe that what we do about them is more important than the problem. I booked a double room at this hotel and arrived by car late in the evening. The check in clerk told me that the hotel was full but "good news", we were being given a much larger apartment...

I stayed 2 months in nice and cozy apartment with a kitchenette. The apartment was not in the hotel, but in a separate building. Only 35 euro per day breakfast included. Very well connected with both Mannheim city center and Heidelberg, there is a direct tram line (no.5). Staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

What a charming hotel this is! We stayed in an apartment on the top floor with a breathtaking view of Mannheim. The apartment was very spacious with a kitchenette, a fridge and there was even a bottle of Fairy liquid together with a sponge! Breakfast was delicious, the best we've had in Germany. We also had dinner in their restaurant...

We've stayed here twice now during a yearly event we attend in Mannheim. We have never stayed in the main hotel so I cannot say anything about the rooms there, although the building itself is a very charming, 250+ year old timber-frame house. The first year we stayed in an apartment across and a bit down the same road as...
