On the bright side, this hotel is kind of original: The entire interior is pieced together basically from random finds on the scrap yard of the 50ies and 60ies. Personnel is friendly, if somewhat, how shall I put it, old-fashioned.Very reasonable public transport is about 400 yards away, if you wanna make a quick escape. Parking space is sufficient. On the outskirts of Stuttgart in the suburb of Mohringen. Very nice, friendly, seemingly family-run place. This is more of a large B&B than a hotel. We got a free upgrade to an enormous suite, probably because we were polite to the lady who welcomed us, and the place wasn't very full. Excellent breakfasts included in the price. We didn't...

This 37 room hotel is located in the outskirts of Stuttgart (called Stuttgart-Mohringen). Family operated (wife speaks English), our room was one of a few to include shower and WC, others had shared facilities; was very clean, pleasant, not fancy but so comfortable.
