very nice hotel. old style, reminiscent of how it was in the golden spa days of bad reichenhall. clean rooms, good breakfast, situated perfectly on the park, across from therme, near casino and downtown. very friendly staff - refreshing to find that.

Lovely, homely hotel, within walking distance of everywhere you could want to see in Bad Reichenhall. Frau Languth (spelling?) very friendly and very accommodating; a lovely woman. We spent a week here over Christmas and New Year and were made to feel very welcome; we enjoyed every minute of it. Breakfast a delight every day.

And hopefully we will go again - Spring is best. It is what it says on the tin. It is not a hotel with 24 hr room service etc. The breakfast is superb. Monika and her staff are very helpful and friendly. Sad that we were not able to speak more German but we managed. Bad Reichenhall is a lovely...

We were looking for something conveniently located close to the spa and were so happy with our choice! Monika is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is just great and the rooms are charming, typical for the region although my husband said it looks like his grandma's place. But we loved it and warmly recommend it!

Had a great stay, being our second time (1st in 2010) i expected nothing less. The room was large with a great park and mountain view. Very large balcony facing Rupertus Therme. Breakfast was an upgrade over our previous stay, with eggs, and other hot items on the buffet. The owner though she spoke little english was very accommodating. We...

The room was good enough, and the price and location were right, but the proprietor is beginning to let things go. Problems: breakfast cereal was full of cereal moths, nobody minding the door at listed check-in time, linens a bit threadbare. The whole place is a bit dark and run-down and needs refreshing! If you're the fastidious sort, I can't...

nice hotel. we stayed here for 2 nights and felt very welcome. breakfast was amazing. the only let down was a very squeaky old bed. i did not sleep well here, but the atmosphere and cuteness of the hotel made up for it. some nice restaurants in the area too

...all provided by your favorite aunt. (For Monica: That is "tante"). I loved our room (large, immaculate, and with "homey" touches like a handmade quilt on our bed). The foyer is gorgeous. There is ample parking behind the house. BONUS: Monica's home is proximate to the wonderful downtown of Bad Reichenall. Walk anywhere. RE: The breakfast: If you're an American,...

So close to Rupertus Therme you cloud almost smell the salt water. Great hosts along with wonderful breakfast. Excellent location, Bad Reichenhall is a nice walking town and Salzburg and Berchtesgaden 16-20 minute drive.
