Just the place to stay when you bare in southern Bavaria. The hotel has been in the same ownership for generations and you will be very well cared for. Particularly good breakfasts and the bedrooms have been upgraded since our last visit.

Yes there was an elevator although the main staircase is broad and more convenient without luggage. The hotel is in the center town so I don't recall the views (we were there in June) as being noteworthy. Higher up would definitely be better but I can't help as to best view direction.
