My wife and I stayed here the second week in August and enjoyed our stay. This is the third time we have used this hotel, but the first time in the summer. The other two stays were October and April where the hotel was brilliant. Unfortunately in August the heat is unbearable and when we left the window open then...

The saving grace is that the property is very close to the München Hauptbahnhof , else the surrounding is dirty with drunk people on the sidewalks, I arrived early at 730am from a long intercontinental flight and requested if I could get temporary room for 10 minutes for me to change and freshen up as I was exhausted from the...

My husband and I just needed a place to stay overnight near the train station. It is very close to the station and has a huge mall next door. Lanka greeted us and immediately made sure we were taken care of and with perfect English told me everything I needed to know about the area. Thank you for your help!...

This is one of the best hotels in Munchen, great location and service, quiet, nice and clean rooms. Also the location is great, near to the historical quarter. The most preferred one in Munchen for me...

A bonus for this hotel is that it is close to the railway station and to the old part of town. If it wasn't, I doubt anybody would go there. The actual location is in a dirty, seedy part of town with drunks, beggars and undesirables hanging around the front entrance. The initial receptionist was full of attitude but when...

The location, cleanliness and staff were fantastic but the lack of air conditioning made things a tad uncomfortable. The first night we stayed we had the window closed with the fan on and while it was cool enough throughout the night it was too hot when we woke up in the morning. The second night we slept with the window...

It's was a solo trip - 3 nights where I need a place to crash at night with good location, I found this hotel in booking.com with single room availability . Really a single room - it's either you or your bag :) - but really I didn't need anything more than that - clean and excellent location (it even...

The hotel was only around 10mins walking distance from the main station. We immediately noticed that hotel photos posted on TA were old photos. Now they have changed the interior of the hotel especially lobby area and the breakfast area. Now, it is modern and cozy. Our room was cozy for the two of us though it was quite small....

We were in Munich for a family wedding, and were travelling on a budget. We wanted to be close to the Altstadt and all it has to offer. This hotel was perfect for that, two blocks in one direction from the Hauptbahnhof, one block in the other direction to the entrance of the main shopping district. Our rooms were very...

It is all about the location that makes Stachus a very good hotel for me.. With a few minutes walk to the left for the main trainstation, a few minutes walk to the right for the old city, shopping and restaurants - and the tram right outside the entrance - this is right in the middle of Munich! And the...
