customer service was great. the room was clean, great water pressure, comfortable beds ..although a little warm.but we were able to open windows. great location. And the breakfast in the morning was wonderful!! right across the street from the train station and easy walking distance to most of the attractions. I also ran in the am and felt really safe.

This place was good value for money and clean. Can't comment on much due to the circumstances of my visit. Literally across the road from the train station. And about a 10 min walk to the centre. A good base camp for this type of visit.

A lovely kind of old fashioned hotel. We had a nice room with breakfast included in the price. There e hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel is very clean and tidy and of cause being right close to the station local transport to all over Munich is right on the doorstep. There is plenty close by including a large... More

Great location, right next to railway station. Excellent breakfasts. Large spacious room, separate sitting area with large comfortable couch. Huge TV mounted on the wall. Single lift servicing a large number of rooms, sometimes had to wait. Attached restaurant has excellent food with Bavarian theme.

nice hotel at a good location, located right in front of the main railway station. the hotel is old style luxury hotel, with old school style and service. the location comes with a cost of the noise around it, so bare it mind. also you need to pay for the internet, whats up with that...

First time to visit Munich for me & I stayed at the hotel. It has a superb location. Rooms are nice & spacious, unlike most downtown hotels in Europe. The toilet has a bidet & thats another advantage . The breakfast was poor. The staff were friendly. Its just a few meters away from the city tour ( hop on... More

It was warm in Munich during our stay and the A/C in our room barely worked at all and we left it on 24/7 to get some cooling. The only comforters provided were winter weight so we pulled the comforters out of the covers and just used the sheets. The hotel needs to offer summer as well as winter weight... More

This hotel is directly across from the Munich Train station. So for a traveler it is very conveniently located. The rooms facing the street are very noisy, and since European hotels turn off the air on and turn on the heating the rooms can get oppressively hot. The windows can be opened and that also lets in the street noise.... More

The hotel is literally in front of the main station, so good if you need to take a train or have some business around there. It is not far from the center of the city, around 15 minutes walk, but the area around is not the nicest. The rooms are fine even if very small and the bathroom quite old.... More
