I stayed there 2 times ,the hotel is in a very convenient location, the metro station is 100m near! Located in the centre , a nice italian restaurant next door, Marian Platz 5 min walk and very nice breakfast. Value for money!

The hotel has evidently been refurbished since our last visit in 2010 - this time, we were accommodated in a new annex, just around a corner from main reception. Our room was large, dual aspect and both clean & comfortable. Breakfast was 'adequate' in my view; I missed the previously available hot elements, like scrambled egg & bacon, but my...

Everything apart from the location is sad about this Hotel. One lady who monitors the reception in the morning, named Adria (hope I got her name correct), was warm and helpful, rest of the staff is indifferent. Our room was a 300 meter walk away from the main hotel, with no link at all to the main reception. No phone/intercom...

Despite the bad commentaries I've read about this hotel, my experience went beyond expectations. The hotel is very strategically located, close to the main touristic points as well as to public transportation. The room was greatly satisfactory for me, clean, wide space, comfortable beds and bathroom. There is not fridge nor phone in the room, but it was not a...

The hotel located at a very good location, this trip our main aim is the Christmas Market and is only walking distant away. Is also around the old town which is so good to explore. Train station is also walking distant if you do not have a lot of luggage. We will given a three person room on the new...

Very good location, convenient to sights in central Münich as well as public transit. The breakfast started early (6:30), I got a free upgrade to a room with private bathroom, and the staff were friendly and helpful when around. However, the reception was closed at certain hours of the late morning and early afternoon. I was transferring to the hotel...

Good location to all the christmas markets and two main sub stations. Breakfast was good with plenty of continental choice. We probably got the worst room in the hotel. A tiny little cornor room where my wife had to climb over me to get into her side. Carpet is some puke pebble effect which needs changing. The shower also fell...

Clean and efficient. But really spartan, no phones in rooms, so can't even get a wake-up call. Breakfast is standard German cold-cuts, eggs, omelet, etc. Location is absolutely superb - 5 min to Karlsplatz, 3 min to Sedlinger Tor, walking distance to everything of interest. The longest distance is Pinakotek which is only 15 min leisure walk.

We checked in late Saturday evening which was rather unwelcoming. Room spotless but very very basic. Bed uncomfortable and only one pillow, no spare in wardrobe either. Breakfast was good but really small room, so if you're not down early you have no chance of getting a table. Staff not very helpful or friendly. Second night was not good as...
