Location and property is better suited to people who are not noise or smell sensitive. So if you are neurodivergent avoid this hotel.

nightclub and concert halls in neighborhood, smoking in door areas from non hotel guests and the hostel below.
The apartment hotel rooms are cleaned once every three days, maybe. Ask housekeeping if you see the cart outside if you can take clean towels and supplies and bring your used towels to the cart outside. (This does not bother me but I would tell other guests don’t expect in room cleaning service every day, the attitude in hotels is a lot now like “Take Care Of It Yourself.”)
Don’t expect check in before 3pm, and don’t expect check in at 3pm as advertised either. Better if you can wait to check in until late in the day.

Guests, Don’t smoke in the rooms of a nonsmoking hotel. I don’t smoke, but I was ready to kill another guest who did (don’t ask me how, but I have thought it out, and someday I might do it) and their smoke came up through the bathroom vent.

The lobby at floor 0 stinks of overly fragranced smell to hide the smoking from outside the door.

I carry a carbon dioxide monitor (not CO, but CO2) but windows in room open, so ventilation is possible if you worry about covid or airborne respiratory germs, but you could have smokers smoke. Another review said A/C turned off at night; CO2 monitor went up to 2300 ppm (>1000 is no good).

In room you get a compact kitchen, very good outfitted supplies, location reasonable to grocery and transit. When office buildings in Werksviertel neighborhood are complete this will be a corporate hotel. Adorable lambs and chickens on roof farm of building opposite. Art supply shop, restaurants next door downstairs.
On Saturday to Sunday some establishment in the neighborhood plays loud beat until 4am. I woke up and monitored that it stopped at 4, at 6ish they clean outside with gas powered leaf blowers. Still cleaning at 7:30am when I was leaving. Windows are double panes so mutes sound somewhat.
Good: plentiful water pressure and hot water in shower!!
Bad: pillows are smush. Wished for spare blanket in closet. Not enough outlets in walls for charging.

This hotel is near the Ostbahnhof and a trendy section. Upon check-in the room was missing basic items that should have been there: all the coffee/tea mugs, all the glassware (for water, etc), laundry detergent, etc. Housekeeping the next day did not complete a small 4 item list even though written in German and a tip given. The hotel is a party hotel and located right by a very loud nightclub that plays audible music until 2-3 am from Thursday through weekend. We were on the 13th floor and on the 2nd night could actually make out the lyrics to the songs! Management does not pick up the front desk phone sometimes because of the noise at their own bar - front desk and bar are both on 14th floor next to one another. The kitchen area is very small and our room was lacking a dishwasher, so although it is supposed to be an apartment style hotel it is not really suited for more than 2 days. The hotel itself seems new and is decorated in a modern pleasing style. We have stayed at other Adina's and this was not one of my favorites. I would not recommend for families with children or for anyone over 35+ that is not a party person. We stayed Thursday & Friday.

A truly unexpected surprise! This place is fabulous and so much nicer than we were expecting! We upgraded to an apartment and I glad we did. Having a small child having a separate room and living area plus a kitchenette with dishwasher and washer dryer was a god send!

Top Tip - The only negative was the expensive car parking offered by Adina and a public car park nearby. We parked off road the next street over for free and saved ourselves over 100e!

Biggest surprise and highlight were the four sheep that live on the roof top of the building opposite - how wonderful!

We have loved Adina hotels in the past and have stayed at the Berlin and Budapest properties. We were dismayed that the kitchen and rooms in the Munich hotel were clearly not worth the $400 / night we paid. Furthermore, our room was directly over an outside night club. If I had had a warning before hand that the noise level would be excessive with a live band Saturday evening, I absolutely would NOT have booked the room with my child with Autism. We were up all night and the experience was miserable. Adina needs to warn guests if their room is in a place where their experience may be degraded. When I complained to the desk, they told me there was nothing Adina could do until after 11. The noise didnt stop until 2:00 am. While the evening attendant was sympathetic, the woman at check out was callous and nasty; when I requested I be given a discount for a sleepless night, she told me it was my responsibility to research the neighborhood (which, by the way, I had done, but still wasnt prepared to be on top of a club). This condescending indifference ruins the whole experience. We will never stay at an Adina again.

I liked the modern style of Adina hotel. Our room was spacious with a small kitchenette and a sitting area. The view was great. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and nice.

The location near Ostbahnhof is interesting, but it's not the best one if you want to do sightseeing. There are many restaurants and services in the vicinity, so it was good for us.

As the kithcenette functioned well, we never tried the hotel's breakfast buffet, which would have been rather expensive.

There are sauna, pool and sports area free for hotel guests to use.

We stayed at the Adina for 4 nights in a studio with a sofa bed. We loved having the washer/dryer and oven/microwave in the room. We were able to keep up with our laundry which really helped on our trip. We were able to walk to get groceries, although there isn't a store real close. With the sofa bed out the room is a bit tight, but it was nice to have the table and booth seating. We had a Frauenkirche view room on the 22nd floor and the views of the city and sunsets were amazing. We stayed Monday through Friday, and the first three nights were great. Thursday night the music at the bars below us in Werksviertel Mitte was really loud and lasted until 2am, so we didn't get much sleep. Even though we were near the Ost train station, we felt a bit isolated. In retrospect we wished we would have chosen a hotel closer to the Altstadt.

The receptionist rarely picked up the phone or took quite some time, my son found a piece of gum under his bed. Cleaners came to the room around 6 or didn’t come at all, a water cooler broke one day in the morning and wasn’t fixed until a day and a half later. In my son’s room, they had a bottle opener, slippers, and a robe, but in my room, they didn’t. When my daughter called for two face towels, the front desk answered that they
would happily send them up, but we never got them. In the bathroom, they did not have conditioner. Fortunately, at the restaurant bar, my children’s waters were helpfully filled up, and my father was able to easily get another room card when my son left the nice pool without him, and with the room card.

Overall, the experience was okay.

My new place to stay in Munich. What a great hotel from the very first moment entering the hotel until the last goodbye. This was a perfect 3-day hideaway place for us. While doing the C/I you can enjoy a fantastic view all over Munich. I know all rooms are nice but my recommendation is one of the terrace rooms on the 16th floor. Stunning view and even in winter times it is really nice to spend some time outside.
Breakfast was delicious and staff is super friendly even extra wishes are not a problem for them. This is a perfect start for a sightseen tour. In the evening, you can do yourself some treatment in the pool or use the sauna for a little relaxing. We used both. Is it simply amazing to have a swim and enjoy the view over Munich. We need to come back in summer to get the benefit of the SPA terrace outside will be awesome.
You need to check out the restaurant “Fitzroy” as well, really nice food and amazing drinks. Staff is super friendly and we do had a wonderful evening. Be aware that you need to make a reservations, this place is as well a hotspot for locals.
Overall, we had a blast. Thanks to the team of Adina Munich for treating us so well. We will be back for sure.
Stay healthy.
