We were a group of 18, with variations in arrival dates and a variety of requests, and the staff handled them all flawlessly. We were traveling overnight from the US (who doesn't?) and arrived tired and cranky. i had called ahead of time and although they couldn't promise, they were able to deliver half of our rooms ready when we...

This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in Europe for the price we paid, about euro 155 a night. Receptionist was rude. The room is small and they don't have any room with a queen or king size bed. We booked for a double-bed room and all they have at two single beds put together and the way...

This clean and comfortable three star hotel is recommended for a stay in Munich. Its location is in the heart of the old city, just minutes walk from all the attractions on offer: historic buildings, churches, beer halls, gardens, markets, and shopping. The room I had was comfortably warm without being hot. The heat can be turned up using the...

This hotel only has 3 stars, probably because it has a very limited bar and restaurant offering, however for me it is better than many 4 star hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are very clean and quite spacious. Despite the building works across the road the rooms were very quite. All in all one of the better hotels,...

We checked in end of March. All in all, the hotel was centrally located and I would book it again when in Munich The good. The room was very clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent!!! The food itself was value for money. Another good thing was the friendly staff. They were willing to assist you with whatever query you had....

Very central - just off the main shopping street! Staff were very friendly and worked hard to fix a problem we had with the electricity in the room on the first morning (went off 3 times!), but after that it was okay. Great breakfast buffet!

Had a great stay at this centrally located hotel in Munich. The rooms are very clean and modern, and internet and a full European breakfast is included now. You can walk to most of the major city attractions and the U and S Ban (subway and trains) are a short 5 min walk. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable....

The room was espensive. Although big, it felt a bit like being in a hostel as the single beds in the twin rooms feel very small. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast, basic. One night on a business trip was enough for me, though.

There's nothing particularly special about this hotel, but for a one-night business trip to Munich it was spot-on. Good location. Nice, clean room with comfortable beds. Efficient reservation and check-in service. And a decent breakfast at a reasonable price. Overall, it's value for money too - and you can't really say fairer than that.
