It is a really quiet place, ideal to have rest between long train commuting and substantial walks around the city. The amenities are very simple and therefore quite easy to deal with. We faced with lack of liquid soap in one spot and with no toilet paper in a WC. The hostel and reception are separate doors in the street,...

Only down point: Very loud at night on the weekend as the rooms face the road and ppl are out late at night. It was a warm night, we had to sleep with open windows but did not find much sleep due to the party crowd in the street

Great Hostel! In the very center of Regensburg, cool staff, big dorm room and clean. Moreover, prices are very reasonable and lower than in the official "Jugendherberge". Thank's a lot for the nice stay. :)

The service was good, people was nice and the little store very convenient. The door is very old should be replace, they charge you extra money for the linen of the bed, we didn't know if you don't take it the mattresses and pillows without the suitcases are dirty from use, so please take in mind to pay extra if...

I stayed here for two nights and although it was very clean, had a good kitchen and decent bathrooms, there was no atmosphere and it wasn't like a traditional hostel and it was very hard to meet people. There was no bar and the appartement style made it difficult to see anyone in the hostel other than those in your...

Spent 2 nights here in autumn 2015. Honestly, I liked almost everything. The location of the hostel is perfect, a short walk from the train/bus stops and very close to the heart of Regensburg, still not in the overcrowded area so it was quiet at nighttime. Was easy to find. The lady at the reception was nice and helpful, beds...

Stayed here for two nights in late December 2014. It's a pretty basic hostel, as far as hostels go. As others have said, the hostel is run out of a nearby convenience store - definitely convenient. The place is clean enough (there's a maid that comes by every day,) including the showers. The rooms are quite cold in the winter...

I must admit there was cold inside of the room, dirty toilets, smelly kitchen, dark inside. There were older tenants living there cuz they work as Gastarbeiter in Regensburg and live there cuz wanted to stay in the city center. In my opinion they run this place just for profit and let it be. I think the cleanliness should be basic,...
