Clean, very comfortable hotel, only a few minutes walking distance from the centre of the city, we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Generous buffet breakfast is included and a few parking places (for a super reasonable price) make this a clear choice for a stay in Augsburg. We'd definitely return!

Rustic bavarian hotel with a lot of charme. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is very spacious. We recommend to choose a room facing the courtyard otherwise you will hear trolley all day long. The breakfast is delicious with a fair variety. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming.

Have stayed here before only this time there was no evening restaurant available which was a pity. However this is a great hotel. On site parking at €8.50. Window boxes decorated with geraniums. Traditional rooms with welcome fruit. Fabulous pillows. Street rooms a bit noisy due to trams. Very helpful and friendly English speaking receptionists. All staff are obliging and...

Loved this hotel. Based in the old town. From check in to check out, I was superbly looked after. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Traditional German high standards. Lots of plugs and storage space for a business traveller. On site parking. Great breakfast. Good value. Love hotels like this.

The hotel is located in easy walking distance to the cathedral and the old town. it is a comfortable building, old style, cosy rooms. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people at Reception. Very good and extensive breakfast buffet. Car parking possible. One watchout: the lift does not work during the night.

Very good hotel in a quiet and historic part of town, close enough to easily walk into the centre (5-10 minutes). Only stayed one night but we wished we could stay for longer. Would have no hesitation in booking Augsburger Hof again

Had a nice one night stay while on a road trip. The private secure parking very good indeed for a loaded car and particularly useful as it was raining heavily! Very nice and welcoming people, a comfortable room and a good breakfast. I probably wouldn't want to spend many nights in one go here but definitely does the job well...

The staff was extra-helpful, a lady even freed her own parking place for us so that we can park our car there for the night, which was loaded with ski-stuff. The romantic room basically means that it had a mirror on the ceiling above the bed. Breakfast was also excellent. We have nice memories of the place.

“At one side of the hotel, the tram passes. Good sound isolation, so not a major issue, but for quieter rooms, ask for the other side.”
