The hotel is very close to the train station and the trams. This makes it very easy to navigate the city and get to any of the wonderful restaurants near by. Front desk, is very polite and professional and quickly answers all of my questions. Breakfast is not included, and is a pretty expensive add on. Travelling for business it...

We loved the location of this hotel. The train ride into Munich was only about 1/2 hour, and the hotel is a stone's throw from the train station. It was quiet and comfortable with a friendly, yet professional, staff. We were sorry there was no in-room coffee, but a MacDonald's Cafe is steps away in the train station - easy!

Stayed here for 5 nights and found it very comfortable and clean as far as the rooms go. No air-conditioning that I could see but rather a portable fan in the cupboard and windows can open. Not sure how I would feel in the summer months. Staff friendly and efficient with great English. I usually stay at the IBIS Hauptbahnhof...

Hotel was clean and convenient but getting a bit dated and not that cheap. Wifi was very slow which is not really acceptable these days, it was deliberately slow to force you to buy one of their high speed packages.

I traveled with my husband for a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located to dining and transportation. Be prepared--- the amenities are basic. But with that said the breakfast was excellent! Would I stay there again? Yes.

Due to Oktoberfest, we had a limited selection in hotels. It was hot for this time of year and there is no air conditioning. We had a small fan in our room, but it was just not enough. The hotel is in a good location, next to the train station. There is quite a bit of noise from the trains,...

...and no more. The upside is, the hotel (as others of the chain) are right next to the train station. This is also the downside. Unless you have a particular deep sleep, the rising noise level may end your dreams way to early in the morning. Since rooms do not have AC and are slightly overheated, closing the window involves...

My stay at that hotel was a positive surprise. Ok the room was small, but very clean (what you don't expect in this area). The breakfast is good. They offer you a tram ticket and a free exit to the gym next door. You can park for 10€ per exit in the public parking lot attached to the central station.

I stayed 4 nights at the InterCity Hotel in Augsburg, Germany. I landed in Munich, took two trains for a total of about 70 minutes to get to the hotel. The front desk girl was very pleasant and spoke good english. She was very accommodating. The room was clean but really small. The television only has programs in German and...
