The hotel is located a bit outside ( approx. 2-3 miles) of the city center in a residential neighborhood. The hotel used to be a large residential home of an industrial entrepreneur. My guest room was spacious, very clean and well equipped ; a complimentary fruit offering was in the room: nice touch. There is free parking and free internet...

We enjoyed this hotel very much. The rooms are large and well decorated. While the neighbourhood is not attractive, the grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. Best of all, the owners are both helpful and interesting to talk with.

We stayed in the hotel's one family suite, which was very comfortable for us and our two kids, who were on a fold-out double in the sitting room. Breakfast was great and the staff was always attentive to our needs. We came by car, but the hotel is also on the tram line into the old town. It was a...

Clean, comfortable & good sized rooms, quiet, a host fully oriented to every single detail, a charming garden, an opulent breakfast – an excellent alternative to the outrageous expensive Munich and also a good base for exploring the Romantic Road.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights while visiting our former exchange student and his family. This was an absolutely perfect little hotel! We felt as though we were the 1st people to ever stay in the room, it was immaculate! The breakfast was perfect and everyone treated us like royalty. If you like hard or soft...

Excellent short stay whilst travelling through Germany. Staff friendly and helpful with thoughtful little touches such as putting our unfinished bottle of wine in their fridge to await our return. All facilities were immaculately clean as we have come to expect in Germany. Altogether a very pleasant experience here -owners deserve to succeed.

Reception staff on arrival was extremely friendly and helpful, all the staff went out of their way to make us feel extremely welcome. The breakfast was excellent. We will stay again if passing the area and will plan to...

The Villa Arborea is a wonderfully quiet and family friendly hotel that offers great service from the moment you arrive. We stayed in May and were upgraded to the family suite on the ground floor which was perfect for us. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was quite large and very modern. The old magnolia tree outside...

The hotel is located only 50m away from Tram and supermarkets and within walking distance to some nice restaurants. The breakfast buffet would satisfy even the most fussy eaters - everything is there. The staff is very friendly and the hotel has some pampering options (massage, cosmetic or beauty treatments) which offer a nice relaxing moment after a hard day...
