My family of five spent three nights in the Klosterstueble in the "family apartment" and it was wonderful. From the moment we checked into the hotel and meet Erika Becker, the proprietor, we had a wonderful stay. We had Room 20 a family apartment that was immaculate, light and airy. This hotel is so very comfortable and friendly. It is...

We stayed at Hotel Klosterstueble for three nights in November 2012. We visited just before the Christmas markets opened for the year and so were lucky to see Rothenburg ob der Tauber when it was very quiet. The hotel was in a great location, just inside the town walls and we had a large room overlooking the street. The staff...

Our family of four spent one night at the Hotel Kloster-Stuble on our recent trip to Germany. The service was excellent (e.g., help with parking, early hot chocolate in the mornings). The hotel room was modern and very comfortable. Very good breakfast selection. The central location is also very convenient for exploring the sights in Rothenburg.

The staff were efficient and friendly and went out of their way to help us from the moment we arrived. From helping an inept Australian with a rented car to park in a very tight space while carrying our luggage without request or fuss to our room. Every request was dealt with quickly and with a smile. The room was...

First of all I want to thank Erika. I left a pair of shoes in the hotel. She did not ask me to pay for them before sending. She just sent them. This is amazing service that I don't believe you would get in many hotels. The hotel itself is beautifully kept, quaint and the room we had was a...

My wife and I stayed here June of 2013. Unfortunately, the temperature outside at night was still in the high 70s to low 80s so even with all four windows open it made for uncomfortable nights. However, I don't think there are any other hotels in the historical part of Rothenburg that have a/c so your options will be limited....

The hotel room was ok, rather small, but the hotel itself is very attractive - see the pictures of the entryway and breakfast room above on the Trip Advisor site. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was substantial. The location is great, on a side street near one of the town gates, which has a beautiful park right behind...

This is a lovely small hotel in the centre of Rothenberg. It is perfectly situated for seeing the town. The rooms are pleasant and well furnished. Breakfast is good buffet. Staff are very friendly. Because of its central location visitors would tend to have dinner in one of the many restaurants within 3 minutes of the hotel. Great value for...

My family recently traveled to Germany and we stayed in this hotel during our brief visit to Rothenburg. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and was very convenient to everything. The historic charm was evident, but not at the expense of modern conveniences. I appreciated that we were able to open our windows and hear beautiful...

Just off the city center is this perfect little hotel! Traditional German design. Wifi in rooms. Staff is very friendly and rooms are very clean. Dinner is traditional German and breakfast buffet is amazing with cooked to order eggs. Stayed here 5 years aga as well and won't miss it again. Rothenburg burg is my favorite quaint, historical German village,...
