Stayed here very last minute and got an amazing price! Room was large with enauite, balcony and large double bed. Could not fault the location as very close to Berlin station and had everything you need!

Basic hotel, great for a short visit; very well situated in the center of berlin, clean, warm, confortable and good price. Personal was friendly. This is a basic hotel for sleeping in Berlin if you are on a budget.

Excellent hotel! The location is great, near the centre of Berlin. The hotel and the room are cleaning. The breakfast is completed, and there is someone in the reception the 24hs. I recommend this hotel!

This is a basic standard hotel. However, this does not mean poor quality or condition. This just means offering a basic set of services. No fancy frills - for sophisticated wellness treat, bowling, dining or partying etc. you should rather look elsewhere. But if just want to have a clean and sufficiently comfortable place to stay for a shorter period...

Dont be put off by Hotel entrance..its drab and not really welcoming, Reception on 5th Floor, and is bright and manned 24/7, by cheerful, very helpful staff. Rooms are very clean with ample storage and newly furnished bathrooms, with excellent showers. Beds are large and comfortable. Cleaned daily to high standard. Breakfast is very good, excellent coffee, with German meats,...

when you pay 217 euro per night, you can expect that you are staying in the Hotel......they do not have even a breakfast pack, if you are checking early...nothing to say about the whole Hotel, which looks like a Hostel....do not expect Hot water in the morning, if there are guests in other rooms...or you need to wake up too...

Loved it very much! Stuff is very nice and helpful. Terrace is beautiful with a nice view. One can also have breakfast on the terrace. The rooms are simple but very clean always. Hotel is right in the middle of the city center.

The hotel has a lovely terrace where we could enjoy the breakfast under the warm & nice morning sun-rays and also the calmness of the evenings. Breakfast was various enough and, to my very nice surprise, they provided even vegan options. Well positioned to the public transportation, friendly staff at the reception.

We had a triple room on 5th floor of this hotel. The room was clean, simply furnished and spacious enough for the 3 of us, with a lovely ensuite shower room, with shower gel and hand gel provided. The room was warm but had a roof window which we left open all the time. There was a bit of street...

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
Mitte
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
