The Leonard is a few steps away from the tube at Bismark S t which means a U2 into town and all mail places and U7 from the airport ,,easy ,even for a travel anxious person like me. It feels entirely safe to walk around the area, as did all of Berlin, and its just a walk to the palace...

Very nice hotel in a great location. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and lovely shower. Probably the best breakfast we have had in a hotel in Continental Europe, great selection and everyone is catered for. The U-Bahn stop - Bismarckstraße, is practically on the hotel's door step and will bring you everywhere you need to go. The hotel staff were...

We signed in on Good Friday, 2014, morning. The local time was about 10 am and thus it was easy to understand that we did not get the rooms that early. - I have to say that the reception service was the coldest - the most freezing literally - reception I have met during my life! The receptionist just had...

Leonardo hotel berlin is in a heart of Berlin, and has the best Location for myself. Closeby is a very good shopping area with beautiful cafes and restaurants. My favorite one Starbucks and Back-up factory was with 2 minutes walk. As for the hotel it is not bad, but I expected more. We were given a room for disabled people...

We were here for a long weekend In February. We drove here and it was easy to find. Parking is a nightmare around the area, there is a hotel car park though round the back. The room was lovely, bright and modern, lots of lifts servicing the floors. Bed was great, only thing was the duvets were so thin and...

Cleanliness, breakfast, helpful staff, quite new furniture. Everything was perfect. Very good connection with underground. Maybe it would be better that wifi is included in the price but you have computer in the reception area.

Arrived for a two night stay at the end of February. Unfortunately due to a family bereavement only stayed at this hotel for one evening. Basic but clean and modern hotel. Room a reasonable size, free safe, not great views but the hotel was very budget friendly so can't complain. This hotel was easy to find and close to public...

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights in March, for business. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Despite not having a restaurant for lunch/dinner (which I thought was weird) I didn't mind too much. The rooms were comfortable and large enough. however, the internet was woefully slow, around 300kbs for 15 Euros is not exactly 21st century speed! The...

There everything was good for the hotel level shown. Room is usual, but it is good; soundprotection is good (except the space under the roomdoor), service, breakfast etc. Very recommended! Just the walls in the room need repainting urgently (room #307 at least)!!! And yes! Wifi is very expensive... about EUR12 \day...

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
