The hotel is nice, staff are friendly enough. Rooms are nice and clean upon arrival and are cleaned every day (unless you state otherwise). Beds are clean and comfy, a pleasant nights sleep with not too much noise. Overall a pleasant enough experience.

Hotel was ok but on arrival the receptionists (both female) were appalling. Extremely rude, unhelpful & not forthcoming with any help or information. On the 2nd day I went to reception for advise about public transport & wifi, luckily the female receptionists were not working. The male receptionist was very helpful and friendly. He was welcoming and explained everything very... More

I booked this hotel at an offer price and it totally worth it. It was really close to Alexanderplatz via m6 and m5 lines which is very convenient. The room was very clean and big and the bed was great. The room was also very hot. The stuff was really nice and helpful. I would recommended to anyone.

After thinking we were lost we went in the Holiday Inn and found out that this is actually the hotel. Arrived at 8pm but still managed to find a parking space. Check-in was painless. No free WiFi. Booked a double room but got 2 single beds that you couldn't even push together. Was too tired to argue so just lived... More

Hotel is clean but rather average. No free wifi as advertised and when buying wifi it did not always work. It's ok for a one night stay but nothing longer. Would've been great if there was coffee available in the room. The hotel is also far from the major attractions.

Positives- Cheap, Clean, Covers all bases, Tram Stops two minutes away from the hotel. Negatives- The Shower Wasn't great, the heating wasn't great. I paid around £45 per night for this hotel and was happy with what it got me. We used this as a base to explore the city- tram connections near the hotel are good- just be willing... More
