The hotel is dated and rooms more often than not have stale and cigarette smells. Beds are clean (hence the 2 stars) but prepare to pay for internet and it doesn't work half of the time anyway. I have seen the occasional hair in the bathroom but overall found them clean. My strong recommendation to the manager is to improve...

Great apartment hotel, clean modern rooms. Very good value for money. My only issue is the wifi isn't free and neither is parking, which added 17 euros per day to my stay. If you don't need to park, then it's well located next to tram stop for travel into centre

The room was good with one remark: the television was very old and did not function very well. The bathroom was rather oldfashioned with some dirty spots near the grips in the bath. Having a shower in the bath was very dangerous. It is better to have a shower separated from the bath. Price of the room with silvester (€...

we booked through British Airways and expected a modern style Hotel ,however from the first appearance it looked a concrete high rise and made up of seperate tower blocks. The room was a surprise given previous introduction and was modern and very clean. I had a bad nights sleep due to banging with fairly high winds around on first night...

The staff is careless, the rooms are extremely dirty (sheets, desks, lamps), the TV is outdated, there was puke on the elevator for around 45 minutes.... They charge 5€ for the internet even if booking engines state "free wifi". Overall, a disappointing experience. I'd recommend elswhere for a few more euros.
