Great hotel, nicely located with pleasant clean rooms. The hotel staff was superb which made the whole experience gratifying. The dining room was plainly decorated and the food was very good with exceptional service.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

You know it's going to be a good stay when you are greeted with the words "we've upgraded you". Adina Apartment/Hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from Berlin Hauptbahnhof station with excellent connections. Tram stops are a 2 minute walk away. Our room/apartment was incredibly well thought out: a small kitchen area with a hob, microwave, fridge, ice...

Very well located, just a step away from most of Berlin's attractions. Good rooms, and the apartment configuration is a must for families who can be together without the feeling of beeing in a small room. Lots of appartement facilities, includins washing machine and dryer in case you need it. Even the kitchen had all the necessary.Very clean, new and...

I stayed here two nights, while attending a meeting at the nearby Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (a three-minute walk away). It was easy to get to from the Hauptbahnhof (less than 10-minute walk), and easy to find on the plaza. Checking in was quick and efficient. The room itself was incredibly spacious, and had loads of modern...

Perfect for giving the kids their own room but without having separate hotel rooms. The free wifi is good too so no need to pay for the extra bandwidth. In a nice quiet area of Berlin but walking distance dragging a case from The main station.

We stayed here for 3 nights in Feb. It was perfect for us. Modern, clean and spacious. Location was great, 1 stop on the tram to Berlin Central train station. We didn't try out the restaurant or bar but they both look nice, we just preferred to have a drink in our room after a long day of sightseeing!

Pluses Great view over the city from the 7th floor. The kitchen was really a kitchen with everything needed to cook simple meals. On the way to TXL, next stop of the main train station, tram station at 50 meters. Minuses Looks like the maids were on the rush sometimes with the cleaning. WIFI was slow even with the paying...

We arrived at this hotel somewhat dishevelled and in poor humour following a difficult taxi journey from the airport. The staff at reception could not have been more helpful and even intervened with the taxi driver for us, smoothing things over. This set the tone for the week we were staying in Berlin. The staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly...

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
Mitte
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
