Opposite a main train station and a stop for hop on hop off bus, walking distance to east side gallery and a few other sights The hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling, so 10/10 for them Average room size, decent level of cleanliness The hotel also has a bar and restaurant on site with indoors and outdoor seating which was lovely There is also a lovely cafe on site and the hotel gave us a complimentary voucher for a coffee and a pastry which was a nice touch and was appreciated by us Pillows and mattresses are not comfortable at all Also the fact that two singles are joined to make a double bed wasn’t comfortable for us. The bunk bed concept on top of the main beds is a great space saving idea but getting up to the bed wasn’t the easiest Cleaning was only on request but we didn’t mind that. There was a dispenser for hair & body wash (one bottle) and a hairdryer in the bathroom Breakfast was expensive for what it was. All in all, a good stay but we struggled to get a good nights sleep…

This 3 star hotel is excellent. The location is great, right opposite to the Ostbahnhof. Easy to reach from the airport, then with the Sbahn or the bus you can easily reach any Berlin location. I loved the idea that check-in and check-out, as well as the key room, are done via an app on your mobile. No need to queue at the reception! The room was nice, maybe a little small.. The breakfast buffet was very good. I give 5 stars for the quality-price!

Easy to reach from airport. The location means you are able to reach all the main tourist destinations with ease thanks to the station on the opposite side of the road (Ostbhanof). The hotel looks out onto the East Side Gallery and with three large floor to ceiling windows we had great views from the corner room on the 5th floor. Rooms are small but you dont need anything more. Its clean and modern but the rooms are only cleaned if requested. Not an issue for me but for those who like that each day be aware. My only gripe was the pillow....you get one but mine had seen better days, two would be nice to have as an option. Would recommend this hotel though and would stay again if in Berlin

Stayed here based purely on Tripadvisor reviews and it was great. We had a family room (347) with 2 adults and 2 teens. The room was relatively basic, but it was spotless, modern and quiet. We were staying in Berlin for the first time for 2 nights and it was super easy to get to from the airport - a straight forward train journey takes you to Ostbahnhof which is 100Meters directly opposite the hotel. This also offers a fantastic option to travel into the centre of Berlin in a matter of minutes. The hotel is located right beside the East Side Gallery so you can see all the famous murals just footsteps from the hotel entrance. We had breakfast with our room and it was a typical continental breakfast - something for everyone to fill you up for the day ahead. The train station opposite has a number of shops including a couple of supermarkets on the lower floor and also various takeaway places including a McDonalds. On the day of checkout, the hotel also benefits from a secure locker style self service luggage system that cost us €4 for 12 hours allowing us to leave 3 roll on bags and 3 hand bags whilst we explored Berlin. All in all a great hotel - not somewhere for a luxurious honeymoon, but much better than a premier inn for those in the UK used to that type of hotel. …

It is new hotel in a very convenient location opposite train station and 10 mins was to Mersedes Arena, mall and restaurants. It is a budget hotel for Berlin standards and has modern design. Room was good with bunk bed for kids but alltough we had asked the room to be cleaned it was done but not properly. For example the first day the kids beds were not made. Staff tried to be cool but some of them like the Spanish guy in the reception was rude and arrogant and simply you cannot call your guest "Friend'. and also saying my friend you like or not..... Sometime the line between cool and rude is very thin... We did no booked breakfast but we had some coffees and pastries in the hotel cafe in the lobby. Had a few drinks in the bar and staff was nice but keep in mind that payment only with cards. for the price we paid it was very good but service need to be improved. …

+ Perfect location. Nice place to stay for a short trip to Berlin. The train is just in front of the hotel . From there you can go to the airport. - The night shift. The Spanish guy was rude. His English was not proper.

I went with my school and we had the best time of our lives. Rooms were quite small for us but they were soundproof so we didn’t disturb anyone. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The common zones were quite good especially for young people like us. We would have liked cleaning service in our rooms.

The hotel in general is pretty cool. I loved the lobby and the common spaces. The check-in system with the mobile App is very convenient and makes things very easy if you arrive late in the night. It was a bit dissapointing that they didn't clean our room in the 3 days we spent there. Some of the staff were very distant but this is a common thing in Berlin, it's hard to find people who are really nice to you. You could though hear the noise from outside in the night, since it's located in an avenue were there is a lot of traffic and ambulances, firecars and police are loud.

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Perfect location, directly opposite the station so very convenient to get a direct train to the airport and easy to get to other parts of the city. Room was very clean & beds comfy. Great hotel and location ideal for exploring Berlin
