The room was as small as expected! No room to walk around the bed and a tiny bathroom, but it wasn't any smaller than I expected. It was very clean and modern and everything worked well. We paid €2.50 a day for the TV, don't...More

thank you for your nice review!
About what to see and visit in Berlin, I hope you asked one of us, because we would have loved to show you a couple of nice spots as well as the most important places to visit!...More
This hotel is clean and minimal. It has all the necessaries you need and in order to cut down the price, they dont offer jingles like every cleaning, room service or a TV(at least not free).
I would book with them more often, if they...More

Thank you for your feedback!
The rates vary of course on the time period you book. The earlier you book, the lower are the rates. However, our goal is to always offer attractive rates - taking into account our great location. :-)
We booked this hotel on a budget therefore we were disappointed that we had to pay for early check-in, WiFi, fresh towels and to store our luggage once we had checked out. It all adds up.
Great location for public transport; 2 minute walk to...More

Thank you for your feedback.
According to the easyHotel concept, the extras, like WiFi or an Early Check-in are not included in the price. However, you could have asked for some towels at the reception, they can be changed at any time without any charge....More
It is a very nice place for stay a few days in Berlin. The hotel is very good situated in heart of Berlin - Mitte, you have everything close (Yummy Curry wurst, back factory bakery, underground, near to main attractions), quality - price can't be...More

Thank you very much for your feedback! We truly appreciate your positive comments and are happy you enjoyed your stay. We will forward the compliments to Maria. ;-)
Hope to welcome you again at the easyHotel Berlin in the near future.
Clean and does what it says, however too small for a couple as not a single space to place your baggage. No privacy in the room when using the bathroom as is frosted glass. However, it is a budget hotel but I feel it is...More

Thank you very much for your feedback. We appreciate your comments and always strive to improve. There is no arguing about it: our rooms are small. ;-)
However, we feel that given the great location of our hotel, the rates are very attractive. We agree...More
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given
way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.

you can catch the u-bahn to Rosenthaler Platz station from Alex. When you come out from the underground head down Rosenthaler Strße - towards Fernsehturm (the TV tower - a brilliant navigational tool when lost in Berlin 😉). Easy hotel is on the left, you can't miss it.
Alternatively you can walk...head towards Hackescher Mkt and you will come across the bottom end of Rosenthaler Straße. Stay to the left when the road splits into two.
Enjoy Berlin...I'm going back later this year for the 6th time in 2 years...love the place!

Ah!! Yes !! We also wondered this, when we went and at asked reception they said it was to do with the sunlight! She said as soon as the sun leaves the building the shutters will open! ... But when it's sunny they will stay shut... Annoying I know as it makes you feel like you are staying in a prison cell!
