The hotel is very modern, beatifull rooms, big shower room, minibar, very comfortable. The only problem was that the nearest train station was on renovation, so we had to take a bus. Besides that, everything was great

We were warmly welcomed to the KPM hotel. I had pre-registered so checking-in was fast and efficient. We paid an additional €30 for an early check-in which I considered worth while after a 4 am start that morning. Once you get your bearings the fantastic location becomes clear. Located two mins. walk from the S-Bahn (Tiergarten) it is possible to reach most of the top tourist attractions quickly and easily. For the more energetic, take a 45 min. walk through the Tiergarten to the Brandenburg Gate. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet and mostly residential. It is a haven of peace and comfort after a long day of sight-seeing. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The decor and architecture throughout the venue is a delight. Common areas, rooms and bathrooms are spotless. The heated floor in the bathroom is a source of joy :) (no damp towels or cold feet). The beds are huge and comfortable. We didn't hear a sound from the rooms adjacent to us. Housekeeping do an excellent job. Every day toiletries, creamers, tea, and coffee were topped up and the room was cleaned to a high standard. The food at Dong A is excellent and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend it. For casual dining I'd also recommend Tiergartenquelle (under the train station arches).…

Very much enjoyed staying here. Depending on what you were looking to do. It is a little bit out-of-the-way but a three minute walk to the train station. Good restaurants nearby and very close to the park if you enjoy your walk in the morning. Direct walk to Brandenburg gate and other sites. Would definitely recommend! Very clean and great service. Comfortable beds.

We booked for 3 nights and the discount 3 for 2 as advertised didn’t work at our dates. The hotel is located 5 min walking distance to the Tiergarten S-bahn stop, in a very quiet area. Nothing around, just buildings, you need to take the S-bahn or a taxi to go anywhere. Most of the Reception staff is young and friendly but not very professional: We asked about a taxi to the airport, a young staff didn’t know the price and another said it should take 40 min (Sunday morning at 7:30 am) it took me hardly 25 min and cost 50€. The fridge was not refilled (free sodas and water), we complained to the Reception at 3 pm, when we got back at 10 pm if was still empty The phone in our bedroom was out of order, I had to use my own mobile phone to reach Reception. The mattress was not soft enough, the shower was blocked on the upper level of the rail, it was not checked as we couldn’t glide it down, we had to ask, but it was fixed quickly. Dong restaurant is nice on the evening, the Asian food is simply delicious. The breakfast was tempting but the Bircher muesli is not very good(no oak, just chia grains and fruits plus yoghurt) and it’s exactly the same dishes every day. And on the last day the pain au chocolat was not crispy and fresh but from the day before. The value for money isn’t good. We paid 787€ for 3 nights (Inc. Breakfast) and it’s too much for such an average standard.…

Pretty nice modern hotel next to (and part of) KPM porcelain manufacturer. Located in a quiet business/residential neighborhood close to Tiergarten S-Bahn Station (5min walk). Hotel restaurant is a very good modern Asian/fusion restaurant. Very friendly staff, great rooms and excellent service. Only slight minus is that it’s located a bit away from nice restaurant, shopping and nightlife areas. On the other hand that can be a plus as you’ll enjoy a pleasant and quiet nights.

Housekeeping could use or better training or better checklist. First day our beds were not made, second day towels were missing, third day they forgot to refill the coffee pads, fourth day they forgot to put water in the room. We only mentioned the missing bottle of water during our stay and a friendly lady fixed this problem within no time. Very friendly staff! Beds are very good, sleep quality is poor because of the noice of some kind of machine or ventilation we heard... a tip; forsee an extra pillow per person

For business in Berlin. Hotel is clean and organized. Breakfast is fresh and they have healthy choises available.. Sauna and fitness facilities good. Location near Tiergarten Park is excellent. Room good for work and good shower etc. Overall a pleasant stay in Berlin for me.
