The bus , tram and train also on your door step - fabulous location
The bar looked really nice - but did not get a chance to try - as there is a couple of restaurants and bar within walking

Only problem was my stay was not long enough (6 days)

We initially decided to book this hotel so we could stay in a different area of the city to our usual location and also access a washing machine without having to visit the laundromat. It turned out to be an excellent decision. Adina Apartments were the perfect accommodation for our visit to Berlin. The apartment had a living space with balcony and kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom and was overall really clean and comfortable. Even though the outside location was busy, the rooms were very quiet. The provision of detergent for the washing machine was unexpected and appreciated and meant we didn’t need to hand wash or try and find a laundromat. The location was central for us and we had easy access to the sights as well as many options for eating and drinking. Trams and trains were only a short walk away (a minute or two) which made getting around really convenient when we didn’t feel like a walk or were heading further afield. Overall, the hotel/apartment was excellent, the location brilliant and we would not hesitate staying here again.

We travel to Berline 1-2 times per year. This was our first stay at Adina and we were very impressed and will be back.
The first thing to really get our attention was the size of the room. It was so much more spacious than we were expecting! Wow.
The beds were comfortable, with soft bedding and two pillows per person already there.
Windows open fairly far (more than in many tall buildings) to allow fresh air to enter. And the air con worked very well in the recent heat wave.
The kitchenette was super clean and very usuable. It was right by the front door with a big area behind the work area that was left open, so no tripping over people while cooking. It contained a good sized fridge (that stayed really cold), 2 burner stove stop, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Dish tabs and dish soap as well as a kitchen towel were próvided. There's a good selection of pans and pots, bowls, etc as well as a wine bottle opener, various glasses, plates, etc.
The bathroom was pretty averagge, but nothing wrong at all. The walk in shower was decent sized (lookedl ike the area was origianly designed for a basic tub size-wise) and had lots of hot water and good water pressure.
The sofa was comfortable.
The dining table was bigger than I expected and comfortable for two to dine at family style (we had a studio) or play board games, etc. There is plenty of workspace there as well as at the large desk to spread out a computer and lots of files and papers, etc.
The TV was a good size and worked well. Wifi was fast and reliable even when streaming on making video calls. We did have to sign in daily, but that was easy and fast with no passwords required.
The location is great, very near the station, lots of shopping and dining options, etc. There is a small Rewe on teh same block, only about a 3 minute walk away which was great for picking up drinks and snacks.
Finally the staff were always friendly and professional. We will be back.

I was a bit sceptical of apartment hotels but this was excellent. The standard room was very spacious with a work desk, dining table and sofa!
The location is superb and less than 1 minute walk from Hackescher Market and train station. I even had a view of the TV tower from my room.
Due to covid, breakfast was also offered in my room at no additional cost. Detailed description was given in my room of all areas that are disinfected.
Excellent hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for one week in January 2020. My overall impression was a mixed bag. First, the good. The room was excellent, very comfortable bed, super-insulated from the nearby trains and busy area, always impeccably clean, fantastic view, and well outfitted with a Nespresso machine and good bath amenities. Now, the less good. Breakfast was woefully mediocre. I ate there twice, once very early in the morning and once very late. Same deal both times: bad coffee (whether served at table or from the machine), overcooked lukewarm scrambled eggs, unappealing sausage (chicken only!), seriously undercooked bacon. Also, during the week there was a constantly changing series of announcements regarding which thing was currently out of order: first the whirlpool, then the sauna, then the elevator. Grrr. I plan to return but really hope Adina can up its game soon.

My trip to this hotel isn’t until 2021, however, upon booking through Expedia in January, I selected the non refundable room, because nothing was going to affect our trip. However, with COVID and Rammstein rescheduling their tour for 2021, Adina have been understanding with the situation, very responsive and proactive. Nancy, the reservations manager, assisted me with the issue and I am looking forward to June 2021 for our stay.

Great location for all the sights of Berlin and the direct S9 train from the airport stops 3 minutes walk from the front door. Only about E3.50 per person.
We had a 2 bed apartment which was perfect for our grown up family of 4. Sadly too cold to use the balcony but a good view of the famous TV tower. Very quiet and warm - lots of room and well equipped.
Small galley kitchen with hob and microwave.
2 Bath rooms 1 with bath and 1 with shower
We found the Bolt taxi app was good for cheap fares - cheaper than public transport if there’s 4 of you.
Lovely sauna and twin jacuzzi
Lots of nice shop’s restaurants and bars nearby.
Supermarket on the same block so we made our own breakfasts and didn’t try the restaurant.

We chose this hotel due to the convenience of the location located between 2 major stations : Hackescher Market and Alexanderplatz. The tram station is also right around the corner along with variety of food and shopping. One of the most important feature of the room must be the basic kitchen facility - stove, microwave and kitchenware so when it gets too cold out side you can heat up a meal or do basic cooking. There are a few supermarkets close by too. Walking distance to Berlin TV tower and museum island. Less than 30 min from airport

We booked 2 bedrooms apartment and request for extra bed, which the apartment oblige. Location is excellent with many restaurants nearby. Very near to museums and other tourist attractions.
Staffs were very helpful and fast in response to our needs.
We were given a room complete with washing machine and dryer. That's a bonus points for us, and makes our stay more enjoyable.
The Berlin Square is about 30 minutes walking. The bus stop for Sightseeing buses and other operators were just a walking distance.
Highly recommended and surely will come back again here.

+1
It’s a well located , clean , comfortable hotel. But would I recommend this hotel? No I wouldn’t and the reasons are small. The break fast was nice and whilst not a massive choice there is enough to make sure you won’t go hungry. BUT …. Breakfast is served from 630-1030. However on a weekend it’s 730. We were not told this when we asked. As a result having to be at the airport by 830 it means you don’t have food even though you have paid for it. The answer from reception was to go to a near by coffee shop.
The rooms are cozy, plenty of space and the beds are comfy but it’s the smalls things that spoilt it. The lighting in the apartment is soft and makes for a cozy atmosphere. But there is no light in the main living area only the kitchen area so you have to make do with the light from there to light the sofa area.
And the fact the kitchen, furniture etc are dark it makes for slightly gloomy room.
There’s not enough hangers. In fact only 6 for 2 large wardrobes.
There are 2 tvs which again is great but you can’t get all the channels advertised. Ok you’re not here for tv but if you’re partner is getting ready you may want to have 5 mins watching tv.
Another small thing is the tea/coffee facilities. The tea / coffee are not replaced daily and after hours of travelling I rang down to reception only to be told to I would have to go collect to it myself. Each day we had to ask for replacements when we returned. Then if you forget to ask for one thing, like sugar, you then have to go back. Just what you need when you have spent the day walking Berlin.
Also there was a complementary bottle of water on arrival which was nice. But then when you go to buy a second bottle it’s €5.50. Really !!!
Yes these things are petty but it’s the little things that matter. When there’s plenty of hotels in Berlin why stay at a place where the little niggles spoil the experience. Where you have to phone down for hangers, where you have to arrange your own in room refreshments, or can’t catch up on tv for 5 mins. These are all little things I don’t want to think about when you’re away but have to. It’s the little things that make your stay and having constantly ask for this or for that spoils it.
After 3 days of visiting reception for refresh tea and coffee it gets tedious especially if others are waiting to get checked in.
It’s a shame as if the little things were addressed it was have been perfect.
So all in all is the small things that spoil it.

We didn’t have breakfast there. The hotel is well located with quite a few breakfast options. There is a supermarket close by and we bought cereal, juice, etc so we could have a quick breakfast and start our day.
