Stayed for 4 nights in a Studio Premier King. Excellent location. From Berlin Hauptbahnhof, we took the S-Bahn to Hackescher Markt (2 stops). The hotel is located a few steps from the station. There is a bakery (Kamps Backstube) in the corner where you can have a simple breakfast pastries/bread and coffee. Also within the block is a grocery (Kaiser)....

Clean modern hotel in a central location close to major sites, shops, restaurants and transport. Loved the full sized bath tub and spacious rooms. Also made use of the huge private balcony with a table and two chairs, where you could relax and enjoy your coffee. Would definitely stay here again

We were in a 1 bedroom apartment. Great size and everything you could need. Loved being able to wash and dry, so important when travelling for a while. The balcony is small, thought we had a terrible view but then it was the front so I think this was maybe the best view, not worth noting or paying any extra...

-Great accommodation, great location, cleaning personnel were nice and very efficient -Reception greatly needs to be improved One of the receptionists was unable to help me with the internet; she looked stressed out and fed up though the lobby was empty. Dear anniem241, thanks a lot for your kind feedback. I am totally sorry, that one of my receptionists did not assist you with the internet. We loved this hotel, the in room kitchen was so handy with a small child and the rooms were really spacious. The front of staff were really helpful with sightseeing advice and ensuring we had a lovely stay. Very central hotel, in a great location. Lots of restaurants in the area. When we checked in, the young lady said that breakfast was included, and then gave us little card vouchers for the breakfasts. I was surprised, as when I paid online it was not a breakfast inclusive deal. We don't normally eat breakfast at all, bit if it...

Dear budgetfussy, thanks a lot for your review and your feedback on my reception team Unfortunately I was not in the hotel for two days, when at check-out the mistake with the breakfast voucher became obvious. Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
Mitte
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
