We had a great stay here and will definitely come back. Rooms are a good size (get courtyard view to avoid the train noise) and yes, the decor is slightly dated, but everything was very clean and well-maintained. Very firm mattresses, but I did sleep extremely well so it didn't bother me. And, the bathroom had one of the best showers of any hotel I've stayed at in Europe! Climate control that actually works is also not to be underestimated, especially in the summer. The included breakfast was fine - would enjoy more local/fresh products, but there were enough options to keep us happy, including the famous Hampton waffles. Hotel bar was nice and fairly priced. All staff were very professional and housekeeping was great. The location was perfect for us, with Savignyplatz S-bahn just a block away and Uhlandstr U-Bahn at the end of the street - easy access to all of Berlin and surroundings (direct trains to Potsdam, airport, Berlin Hbf etc). The neighborhood itself has tons of good restaurants and bars, plenty of shopping and felt very safe at all hours. Overall, a very well run hotel in a great location, good for business or as a tourist. Would be happy to stay here again anytime!…

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in the very heart of Kurfürstendamm. Considering the proximity to the city centre, the price is relatively reasonable. The hotel itself was clean and appeared renovated quite recently with new-looking carpets. Our primary reservation was that the mattress were extremely hard. We are accustomed to firm beds, but it was to such an extent that it was difficult to sleep. Awoke with sore backs during the whole stay. On the more knit-picking side was several of the warm dishes at breakfast not warm, but lukewarm at best. The breakfast as a whole was however satisfactory

8 of us stayed here for 5 day trip to Xmas markets.Love Berlin. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past,both summer and winter and its our go to place now .Its in a great position just off the Kurfurstendamm at the Kaiser Wilhelm Church ,so nice just strolling nearby,.Plenty of direct trains to airport ,and transport throughout Berlin from the nearby Zoological. gdns.station. The staff are excellent ,very obliging ,Cant fault the rooms or the prices (pillows are the best I've tried) .The inclusive breakfast was brilliant ,great choice in nice restaurant. The restaurant isn't open after breakfast but snacks can be had at the bar and plenty of places nearby. Its recently that I realised I had never written a review and decided to correct that ,as this hotel deserves it.Everybody we were with agrees.…

If you do not want to be asked for extra money when you leave the hotel, do not stay in this hotel. If you don't want to be threatened with calling the police if you don't pay extra, don't stay at this hotel. Do not stay in this hotel to avoid the bad behavior of the receptionist with the expectation that you will be given a breakfast box. IN BRIEF, DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL STAY AND A PEACEFUL RETURN JOURNEY!

Great hotel in a good location. Room was nice and clean. Serviced daily. Staff was super friendly and helped me stitch together several one- and two-night stays so that I did not have to change rooms. Staff spoke very good English. Breakfast had a very large selection of items although it was the same stuff every day. Hotel is right next to S Bahn so you will hear the trains, if that bothers you. Good location with restaurants, shopping, and public transit fairly close by. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay in Hampton Hotel by Hilton in Berlin. Executive was very comfortable, super clean. Service at Desk could be much better, because As Hilton Diamond Member I should be upgraded to Executive room if available which was exactly the case, so I was upgraded only after escaping to General Manager. All restaurant and cleaning teams werde very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in very good location, in the heart of restaurants, bars, shops, train station, my office. I'm Thankful to Mirko Schulze for serving as it it should and other waiters in the breakfast restaurant. Checkout was also fast and smooth. Thanks to all teams.
