The location of the hotel is great and within walking distance to all of the monuments in the city. The room was spacious, clean with great views and well designed with comfortable beds and blackout curtains for good sleep. Breakfast over European standards. Hotel's Favourite
The location of the hotel is superb and with walking distance to all the top attractions in Berlin city centre. The area is full of nice restaurants and cafes so it is easily walking around for lunch and coffee during a busy day of sightseeing. Staff are super friends as well!

This Hilton is located right next to the Stadmitte Ubahn station which makes it very convenient. It is also within walking distance within a lot of attractions, there's plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and also a couple of supermarkets and shopping mall. The Mall of Berlin is within 15 mins walk as well. The only time we caught the train was to Alexander Platz and to the East Gallery (Berlin wall remnants) as it was raining. A 24hr Ubahn pass was only 9 Euros so was well worth it. Check-in was easy, our room was on the 8th floor which was great. They also had a great breakfast service in the morning with lots of varieties of food and drinks. This was a good standard for a Hilton and would highly recommend.

The location of Hilton Berlin is fantastic and the exterior of the hotel plus the lobby is very beautiful. Very walkable location with many surrounding dining and sightseeing options. Overall, housekeeping was good. The rooms run fairly small and look dated, so value for money is not that great. Bathroom is clean but not very well-maintained, especially the toilet. The check-in concierge staff were ok but I would expect friendlier and more proactive service for the price we were paying and being a diamond member as well. The staff who was a blonde lady with glasses checked me in and out and was the friendliest staff i encountered during my stay. Rarely did the other staff smile or greet us when we walked past them and they generally did not have great customer service skills, and generally just unfriendly. The front door concierge and door staff were much friendlier and greeted us more than the check-in staff. I also had a very terrible experience with the night security staff when my friend and I came back to the hotel around 6 am after a night out. We walked in and were stopped by a man who was not wearing any uniform, or any attire to signal he was working at the Hilton, and in regular clothes, he was a bit hard to understand because he had a thick accent, and I thought he might be another patron at the hotel or a taxi driver, so I politely smiled at him and said “no thank you” and walked towards the elevator. He got extremely angry, began shouting at me, and said he was a worker there and showed me his keys with a Hilton keychain. He wanted to verify that we had a room key. While we were taking out the key, he was calling me rude and dismissive and that I was a terrible person. It was so jarring because there was no need to be that rude, he was acting like I shooed him away when I’m reality it was a miscommunication. He then went into the back of the concierge to complain about me loudly, didn’t even wait till I was out of earshot. It was hard to identify him as a staff, much less security, and I didn’t need to be scolded like a child. Overall, very unprofessional and made the remainder of my stay feel much more sour. I can look past the dated rooms because I know that is out of the staff’s control at that point of time. But unprofessional and unfriendly staff make the value of my stay and diamond member status much worse. …

Visiting Berlin was seen with excitement by the family. Arriving at the hotel and not having a room until well after the check in time was a huge disappointment. Even worse was the staff s and manager's reaction to the problem being a rhetoric question of "what I can do?". Not even an apology or any effort to make you feel as a Hilton customer. A nice way to start your holiday break with this negative experience ............ Location, premises, breakfast and lobby bar were excellent.

Great service by friendly staff. Amazing breakfasts and awesome cocktails. Location is excellent and close to transportation and great shops. Highly recommended! Room was spacious and clean with great bathroom and views. I loved being able to open a window for fresh air.

I been to many hotels in different countries, including Hiltons and Four Seasons and Fairmont’s, but this Hilton just exceeded my expectations, a huge clean hotel, with beautiful rooms and insanely I repeat insanely beautiful lobby. Many thanks to Natascha Schlicht for making my vacation unforgettable and for remembering me by my voice and the fact that I am from Prague, I will definitely come back!!!!!!

With so many hotels to choose from in Berlin, it's tricky to know which to pick. I chose the Hilton mainly because of my Diamond Status, but it was an amazing choice, and certainly one I will be returning to. The location is great for wandering to various tourist sites, and the hotel itself it top notch, The rooms are well designed, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains for good sleep. The executive lounge is large - it does get busy - but there was a lot of staff clearing tables, replenishing food and drinks etc, so it was a great place to spend a little time in the evening before heading out. We stayed over new Years, and was very pleased to see a late breakfast offered after the New Years Eve parties. We were also able to have a late check out until 4pm on the last day of our stay, which was great given we had a late flight out. The gym is great for a work out, and the pool area and sauna facilities are great for a relaxing afternoon.…

Fine hotel, but it all feels a bit outdated. Plumbing has a nineties feel. Design has the same issues. Breakfast is good. Do choose for the ‘normal’ breakfast lounge as the executive lounge breakfast area lacks choice. Staff is friendly and location is great and very central.
