We just love hotel Palace Berlin..!!! The rooms are so fine and Well equiped, Nice Colours everywhere. Beds are really comfy and bed linen soft. Bathroom is Well equipped with comfy Towels. Spacious, friendly hotel with a lot of amenities. Great rooms, especially for the prices. I was staying for the Berlinale and other hotel prices were quite high. Palace kept them lower and the rooms were larger and more comfortable than the other options I was looking into. I'd recommend it for business travel. Also brought my husband and corgi along for the trip and they both enjoyed the hotel as well :)

We stayed in a business double room which was very comfortable. Friendly and professional staff who took trouble to make us feel welcome and make sure we had everything we needed for our comfort. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the spa and pool very clean. We look forward to our next stay here

The hotel is a good venue for conferences. if you get one of the non-renovated rooms, the bathrooms a re a bit "old". the electronics in the room work fine and are fairly new. The breakfast is very good as well as the steak house (reserve early).

This hotel is wonderful, very cozy, small lobby that makes you feel very comfortable like you're sitting at your living room! Staff are so helpful, always welcoming and saying "Hiii" when they see you. We traveled around Christmas time so it was all decorated well with lights and tress which made it so warm to sit in. Hotel location is definitely awesome, well, it depends on the area you want to be in cause Berlin is quite big. This hotel sits on the Zoologischer station right in front of the zoo! I truly recommend on going to the zoo even if you don't have kids. Other than that there lots of restaurants, and cafes, shops and malls around it, also train stations. The Kudam' street is just behind the corner. I definitely recommend this hotel!

I visited Berlin last December to attend a congress in my field of medicine. Although the congress took place in the Adlon Hotel I preferred to stay at the Palace Hotel. There were several reasons for this decision s.a. the central location close to the KaDeWe and various good restaurants, which was very pleasing for my wife as I left early for the congress and returned late in the afternoon every day. Also the nice Christmasmarket is just around the corner. The rooms in the hotel are excellent, the breakfast with its great offerings is simply fabulous, The pool and spa area is outstanding. It is also a wonderful feeling to be greeted by your friendly staff some of who have been greeting me there over the years. That tells one alot about the staff management of the Hotel. Good staff is worth alot. Therefore I can only recommend Palace Hotel to every one who plans to visit Berlin it is indeed an outstanding hotel in the heart of Berlin. a warm friendly welcome noting that we had stayed at the Hotel Palace on previous occasions. Room was spacious and bed comfortable, great TV, bathroom and separate dressing area. Breakfast was generous, from breads to cooked meats cheeses fruit and drinks all to a great standard. Location close to , Euro-Center, Zoo train station and main shopping and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Nothing to complain about. The service is outstanding and the rooms were very nice and clean. We will choose this hotel again in the future and highly recommend to others. We didn’t have time to visit the spa, but we will next time!

A most luxurious hotel, located at a great location. Perfect breakfast, perfect rooms and a most friendly staff. We also tried the cocktails at the Jin House and enjoyed them very much. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to visit the meet restaurant, and the spa. Hopefully there will be a next time.

Very confortable room with nice amenities, amazing breakfast, would just have loved to see freshly squeezed orange juice, but besides that, perfect, kind service, great wellness area with two diferent saunas. Second time there, both times an amazing experience.
