Everything is close by, or easy to reach by public transportation. There are lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and (not high-end but bargain or fun) shops in this neighborhood. Old buildings, parks, churches - true Berlin Kiez experience. Tiergarten is walking distance, and you can board one of the wonderful Spree tour boats at Hansabrücke a few blocks away. Apartment... Location fine, given the size of the city. If you could afford a more central base you wouldn't book these apartments anyway. We had 7 day public transport tix so quids in. Basic apartment, not swanky. Pillows awful and single mattresses/thin duvets made beds awkward for me to get good nights sleep. Plenty clean towels. Safe neighbourhood even when walking... More

We really loved the size and room we had at this apartment. It was large with a full kitchen to prepare lunches food etc. our TV didn't work but we weren't there to watch it anyways. The location wasn't great. They said it was central however we had to take an almost half hour subway ride to get anywhere for... More

My friend and I stayed here in October of 2012. The apartment was huge for just two of us! It was very clean and there was plenty of linens and things. I liked the view from the window. It wasnt anything spectacular but an overal view of the neighborhood which was neat because we wanted to feel like locals. The... More

Nice bright apartments that were very spacious. We were a party of 4 adult an 2 children so plenty of room for us all. Only one problem, it was on the 5th floor with no lifts so quite difficult with prams and baby equipment. All in all though we were very pleased with this clean and spacious apartment. Area felt... Nice, clean rooms in Moabit. Sort of out of the way for main Berlin attractions, but handy for the S-bahn and the bus. Staff at the reception are very helpful and friendly and were able to give good tips for local services. Moabit's definitely not the swankiest of neighbourhoods, bu we certainly never felt unsafe, even late at night. We... More
