The hotel might be a little more expensive in comparison to the usual suspects in business hospitality. But it is worth each cent. The unique atmosphere of a high-end boutique hotel paired with the incredible high level of food and beverage plus the great service is unlikely to be matched anywhere else in Berlin (or even Germany). The hotel is...

We decided to celebrate my birthday in Berlin and chose the Hotel for its overall very good reviews..and we were not disappointed! The attention to detail was superb but always coupled with a smile. The recommendations by the concierge for Restaurants were excellent and nothing was ever too much for them. The room was a delight, stylish yet without the...

Das Stue Berlin is a respite from the cacophony of city noise and stress. Simple but tasteful rooms, courteous and knowledgeable staff, elegant surroundings and a park outside combine to make it a treat and pleasure.

It is a small hotel that has great rooms -- but it can be kind of dead -- it is also a bit of the path -- it is perfect for access to Tiergarten Park -- I like a hotel that has some activity in the lobby and this is not the case here

This is just fantastic place. On a very quiet street, right next to the zoo. In fact, my room overlooked the animals, emus, kangaroos and could hear seals. Excellent service and amazingly friendly people. The first night I asked Ruth, the concierge/front desk person, a cool place/area to eat. She sent me to the greatest neighborhood, just what I was...

Quiet location but close to shops & restaurants. Impressive bedroom with good facilities. Drinks & Zoo entry from the hotel were pricy - I expected that though. Our room wasn't cleaned on one of the days we stayed - no explanation as to why. That aside it was a lovely place to stay.

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us. We are happy to hear you had a lovely stay. Please accept my sincere apologies for missing the housekeeping service one day. This is certainly not our standard and I will follow up on that. We hope to welcome you both back one day. Best regards, Mareike Steiner PA to General Manager

Really recommend this hotel - beautifully designed interior, lovely bar area for drinks and casual food. Breakfast is totally worth the price. Room was really smart and luxurious, great view of the park/zoo. The hotel is in a quiet street by the park, not great for walking to the main sites, but we hired bikes which worked out well.

A gorgeous hotel in an amazing setting with fabulous staff. I would highly recommend this hotel, the location was amazing, we hired bikes from reception and after a beautiful 15 minute cycle through the Tiergarten park were in central Berlin. If you're looking for cool style, homely comfort and exceptional service this is the hotel for you.

Great hotel in impressive building next to the Tiergarten. Attentive and very friendly staff. Great menu in Bar and Restaurants. Excellent food and drinks. Many cosy corners all over the place for reading, drinking, chatting. A small spa, but big enough for a little swim. There is also a sauna. Breakfast until 12. The perfect hotel for a pleasurable weekend...

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
