The room itself was ok, reasonably clean and not too noisy (despite facing a busy road). However staff were incredibly rude, and threatening. I was absolutely shocked by this kind of behaviour. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

My fiancé and I recently stayed here because of the proximity to the US embassy in Berlin. We were so relieved to stay here, the host was gracious and kind and even printed some documents for us upon our arrival. Although my fiancé speaks German the host spoke in English for my convenience which in most cases doesn't happen. The...

This is not a fancy hotel, but it is clean and satisfactory in most ways. Personally, I was very pleased by the beautiful walk to the FU Berlin and the proximity to the wood. I tried to speak German with the lady in the reception, but my colleague told me that she did speak English despite what some other reviewers...

We stayed for 2 nights as our hotel was fully booked for parts of our stay. Room on 1st floor - not very spacious and a bit noisy from Clayallee. Bathroom tiny and you have to shower in the bathtub which is far too high, no shower curtain. Room quite aged. We skipped breakfast as it did not look inviting

Stayed here 5 nights. A good location near to U bahn, good public transport links to Berlin, Zahlendorf, and the nearby University. The room, was in was immaculately clean and well presented. Good value. Nice mix nearby of residential area, US consulate, decent sized local supermarket, & a McDonalds nearby. Will stay again.

I stayed in this hotel when attending a kongress in Freie Universität nearby. The room in the 3.rd floor (notice: no elevator) was large with a room for clothes and kitchenette. The toilet was rather small and the shower unpractical -otherwise no complaints. Breakfast was sufficient. The lady at the reception (owner?) was very friendly and helpful, although managed better...

The worst hotel we have been!! The owners of this small hotel Wanted to charge us more money than hired, we were verbal and physically threatened, we had to call the police to help , and they gave us reason. The hotel is far, 1 hour from alexanderplatz, facing a noisy road.

My sister and I stayed here while visiting family near by. Our room was kept immaculately clean, dare I say better than some 5 star hotels. A large sleeping area, bathroom, and small kitchenette with sink, fridge and stove, although the most we did was make coffee and use the fridge,. A very nice restaurant next door (Villa del Sol),...
