Breakfast was good and free. There is no coffee-tea maker, fridge or MW in the room but they had a free cold and hot water machine in the lobby. plus coffee for a fee during the day. The location is perfect, staff was very helpful.

Hotel is in a great location just outside the central train station. There is a direct train from the airport so very easy to get to and also well connected with the subway to travel around Berlin. The hotel is also in a good location for getting to the main tourist sites, Reichstag building. Brandenburg Tor and the TV tower, they are all walkable. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that the mattress was very thin so I did not find it very comfortable.

Recently built hotel. Just opposite main station which makes it conveniently located from airport or other locations through public transport. 15 mins walk to Brandenburg gate but much longer to Alexanderplatz. Service good. Breakfast OK even though I've found other Ibis hotels offering more varied breakfasts but still fine on the whole.

Stayed here in early October for 4 nights. Just across the Hauptbahnhof. If arriving at the central station, follow the signs to U5, and go up the escalator at the far end, the hotel will be right in front of you. Very convenient location- the main advantage of the hotel. Good sized rooms and bath. Terrible bedding- worst of any hotel I've visited. No safe. Cleaning was thankfully up to standard. Breakfast was sausages, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, a selection of breads and cereals, and some fruits. Great way to start your day. The bedding really makes me think twice about returning to this hotel- gave me sleepless nights.

This is Ibis all in good and bad. Small rooms. No fridge. No safe. No extras. Bed of lower quality. Even AC in hotel was turned off all my 4 nights, but the room was too hot and I had to keep the window open, and then there was traffic and noise. It is a six lane street just outside. I knew Ibis don't have fridge in their rooms, but I miss this service. Still the dynamic pricing system at Ibis are lagging at the upper level to comparable hotels, lacking value for money at the level in my opinion. I would have preferred another hotel but the entire Berlin city center elsewhere was fully booked. -Reception was nice and polite. The location is good, close to central station. I chose to not have breakfast at the hotel this time due to Ibis standards. There are several options in the Hauptbahnhof across the street. Wifi ok but needed daily login.…

Stayed here 8 nights. Two senior citizen widows. Great safe location across the street from Berlin Hauptbanhof. Trams, S-bahn, and U-bahn at your doorstep. Clean public areas and rooms. Excellent breakfast with accommodating staff in breakfast area and front desk. Maid service thorough. Quiet rooms with good lighting in bathroom and counter vanity space. This is a budget hotel but provides service like a more expensive one. My only suggestion is that the cost of buffet breakfast would be cheaper.

Very good location near the Hauptbahnhof. We could check in earlier than the appointed time and was asked in which direction we wanted the room to face. We chosed toward the quieter courtyard because it's a busy road outside the hotel. Large bathroom for being Ibis. The towels were changed every day. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. We were satisfied with our stay.

Our train into Berlin was delayed by three and a half hours. Travelling with two children, we emailed ahead and asked what the food options were at midnight - and the staff arranged for there to be food waiting for our starving kids on arrival. The rooms were also great, but it really was the staff that made it brilliant.

Stayed 7 days. Check-in and check-out a breeze. Room smallish but well-designed. Shower actually quite large. Adequate plugs for charging. Good cleanup of room each day, replacing towels etc. Decent air-conditioning. Great location, although construction on the S-lines serving the Hauptbanhof made travel a little trickier than it would normally be. Breakfast was more than adequate. The two men in charge of checking in and cleaning worked very hard. Selection good. Breads wonderful. Mixed fruit had a lot of fresh fruit in it. Interesting cheeses and a breakfast version of Caprese salad.
