This place is conveniently located near the Congress Center, in a quiet neighbourhood. If you're into old houses and squeaky wooden staircases, this is your place. The room was okay, with tall ceilings, and overall very clean. Unfortunately, it was very obvious that the original building did not have an en suite bathroom, and that a few thin walls were...

In May 2014 we stayed overnight. Room was clean with a comfortable bed and our room looked out onto a garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A nice area to go walking without being in the heart of a city. A very good breakfast was served.

An affordable and nice hotel in a walking distance from the city center. Service was impeccable, location as mentioned, good, breakfast as it should. The only minus at this point was the shower; the warm water took a while to reach the nozzle and the adjustment was tricky to say the least. At least in our room. Then again, you...

We stayed there for three nights in June 2014, in room no 10. Although the size of the room was nice, bed was confortable and the garden to which this particular room overlooked was full of trees therefore very pleasant, breakfast room was cheerful and breakfast itself adequate, my total impression was ruined by the bathroom, The bathroom was totally...

Just returned from a 3 night stay here, the hotel is a fair walk from the old town and market square, a good 20 minutes. The house is nice, dining room is a pleasant place for breakfast, which was very good. Our double room was small and the bathroom was tiny, the smallest that I have ever seen, for this...

Booked this hotel from reviews on Tripadvisor and asked for the room with access to the back garden and glad I did! After a long drive we were welcomed in German by a lovely lady who showed us our room. The room was a large room with two single beds close together and room for our little child's travel cot...

Very close (5 minute walk) from the central train station and city center but felt like we were visiting a lovely old family home on a quiet residential street. Think of New York upper west side's delightful old 4-5 story Brownstones. Breakfast buffet included in the price of the room was served in a pretty and cheerful garden room. It...

Close to the center of Hansestadt Bremen, but in a quiet street. 5 minutes walk from the main station. The hotel may seem old fashioned, but the rooms are very nice and original. No "plastic hotel". Breakfast served in a beautiful room overlooking a delightful back garden and is as good as it gets in Germany (that's always good!)

I've been booked to this sweet little place by my Bremen colleagues and it's been a very nice surprise. The room has everything one needs; the staff were super friendly, the location was super (5 mins walk to the central train station) and breakfast, surprisingly, was rich, fresh and nicely displayed. Great transport to Bremen University.

This hotel is less than 500 metres from Bremen's main station in a quiet side street, so it's a really convenient location, not far from the city centre. It's a nice old house with creaky wooden staircases; there's no lift, so if you've got a heavy bag it may be a bit of a schlep up to the second floor....

“Our room was one flight down below the entrance and had a great garden view. However, when people started moving around on the creaky wooden floors and staircases above in the am, we heard every foot step. Upper level rooms may be quieter but would not have that backyard garden view just outside the window.”
