Stayed here by myself as no room where my family booked. Cheapest in the area but i dont usually pay so much for a single room...room is clean. More homely than it looked in photos. Good shower. Although didnt like the all-in-one bodywash/shampoo. Had a strange smell as if it hadnt been changed for a while. Disappointed theres no kettle...

The hotel is centrally located, in a quite street close to the main railway station. Nice staff, room on the smaller side, I cannot decide if the furniture is outdated or retro. Nice mattress, though. Bathroom was smallish, but the shower, rather large. There is no elevator. Wifi was good, and fast. A bit annoying that you had to sign...

Hotel is very well located, a short walk from Hauptbahnhof and main bus stops. Breakfast is quite decent and staff is nice. Rooms are old fashioned but they're ok, a bit warm at nights though. Cons: no elevator, pretty small shower, poor satellite tv and you have to give the room's key back everytime you leave (there's always someone at...

The reception guy...

Nice Hotel perfectly located to explore Hamburg, located in a relative quiet street in the centre. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but clean, size is OK. Friendly owner serves a nice breakfast. We stayed here for 2 nights on a weekend discovering Hamburg.

This hotel is very close to the main railway station yet in a quiet street. Hence it is easy to get to from the train or the airport (take S1 train from airport to Hbf). In one direction is the city centre including the old town and a bit further on, the St Pauli district. To the north are the...

Only advantage here was it was close to train station. Had no control over booking arrangements. Do what I must do! Owner very friendly, breakfast was satisfactory. Would have chosen another place if I could. Not a memorable stay.
