Room design is a bit minimal, but they provide everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the whole room was clean - bathroom as well. Staff was friendly and they could help us out in case of our questions. Breakfast was delicious.

Very nice hotel, nice furnitures that recalls old time in the lounge. Room are minimal but overall comfortable and nothing is missing. Great variety of breakfast. Located in a good position also for tourists. Very nice also if you are on a business trip.

I really enjoyed our stay here and absolutely loved our room. The view was lovely and the room was so light. The sauna was great as well and the staff were very helpful. It was a really relaxing vacation.

I often travel to Hamburg and have stayed at many nice hotels, some not so nice. This one is my new fave. Do not expect high luxury, but it is clean, comfortable. The rooms are spacious with all commodities. Good shower. One of the best wifi systems in the area (doesn't constantly go on and off like many other hotels...

Close to restaurants, the exhibition halls, and transport links. All in all spot on for our business needs. Added to that it is a quality hotel with good service, comfort, and breakfast. So all in all bang on for what we needed.

Our group has been attending the a trade show in Hamburg for many years. During that time we have had the opportunity to stay in several hotels in Hamburg but none have compared to The Hotel Baseler Hof GmbH. It is near public transportation from the airport and conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, local sights, restaurants and most...

Not cheap, not fancy but right in the middle of the city and you get what you pay for. Parking is really bad, you must park your car far from the hotel and walk with luggage and everything, but otherwise a fine hotel.

Stayed here for a week. Well located to he centre and close to public transport. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean yet the decor, fittings etc could need with an update. Gives you a rather date look and feel. My biggest problem, however, was that the rooms are very warm even now in winter with heating switched off....

We came to Hamburg for a few days and decided to stay at the Baseler Hof. It's a really nice and comfortable Hotel located close to the city center. Their rooms are quite well isolated, you barely hear anything. The breakfast area is really nice with a wide range of food. Nice waitresses and waiters. They have 2 Restaurants, one...

The hotel was booked by a colleague and it is a decent choice. Near the lake and main shopping area, the hotel is very pleasant and fairly comfortable. Rooms are small but not too cramped, although the shower is quite a squeeze. Buffet breakfast is good, and there is a small bar. All in all good value.
