While the price was a bit much, this is often the case during high fair season. Close to the center, easy walking to restaurants and shops. The rooms are in the small size but compact, very clean with every thing you need including a great shower. Good breakfast buffet and lovely garden.

This hotel was in an old building near the Hamburg coastline. A very old and nostalgic elevator and a cozy room with a window on the short ceiling. The Internet quality was acceptable. Despite being small, the room had good facilities. The personnel were friendly and respectful. The TV in my room provided limited local channels and nothing more, which...

I booked this hotel for a one night stay in Hamburg due to its proximity to the Alster and city in general. The hotel was pleasant and the room was well equipped. All bathroom amenities one would expect were provided and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast the next day morning was a wonderful selection of German food and the ambiance...

The hotel is splendidly located (though not central), with the lake at one end of the street, and a lively shopping street at the other. Some rooms have patios that overlook a beautiful garden with birds singing. A restaurant in the lower level is very good and quite expensive. Very helpful service. And very well run.

Even tough the bathroom was a bit small the room was very clean and nicely done up. I have also enjoyed the quiet location...

This is a small hotel with comfortable rooms. Stayed for one week and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is located in the central part within a stone's throw from the central square and Alster lakes. Very quiet street. Very good breakfasts, nice service.

We've been in the Aussen Alster hotel in Hamburg in last July, and wanted to share with you our fantastic experience from Hamburg and from this hotel; it's located in a silent and cute street, next to the popular Langerheiestr. and less than a minute walk from the lake. Amazing view, amazing vibe and in spring/summer you must take a...

We stayed here one night and it was not worth it. We have stayed in other hotels for much less money and had a far better quality hotel experience. It was way overpriced and poor quality and poor value for money. The man at the desk was unwelcoming and had no idea about whether there was a baby bed for...
