The location is a bit outside the city center, but that is our choice, a quiet area in an affluent part of the city. Bus stop just outside. We drove ourselves and used taxi. We stayed in the main building, the rooms are quite small but ok. Clean with good beds. Bathroom is ok too. The room is cleaned daily....

I have never seen such a dirty room in my life. Twice I asked housekeeping to come. But still all dust and spiderweb. There is how cleaning has been done on the last three pictures. I will never be there again!

We stayed here recently as our great grandmother lives down the road. When we arrived they had got one of the rooms wrong and ours was not appropriate for a one year old and we didn't have a cot which we asked for. We had to rearrange the room to get a safe sleeping place for him. The manager was...

We stayed at 11c. It is large enough for 2 people. The bathroom is modern and large. TV and channels are all right. Breakfast is very satisfying even though we dont eat meat products. You have to walk 10 min to the nearest S Bahn station (Iserbrook). S1 line takes you to the center at the same time to the...

What we used to call a commercial travellers hotel. Nice rooms,(mine was in the annexe....50metres away). Clean, excellent free wifi, good breakfast. I was working just up the road at the German Defence Academy, but if you were a tourist you would be a bit far from the centre. All in all a good stay.

Stayed here because it was close to a customer. This is not a hotel, it is sort of a guest house. Remote area away from public transport and everything else. No good breakfast and crappy rooms. Can not find any reason to stay here again. Ever.

Stayed here in June and was put in an annexe 200 metres up the road at the back of hotel hesse. ( the annexe looked like a kennel ) Breakfast was average, room was also average. Hotel offered free wifi, but it was poor/owner turned it oof to avoid paying large bill, so had to purchase T-Mobile hotspot.

We recently stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Hamburg as part of a group. My initial concern was how far away the hotel is from the centre of Hamburg, you can make the journey by public transport (10 min walk to the train station and then a 30 min train journey) but it really isn't very convenient. As we...

Got put in this hotel by my work. As soon as i got here i knew it wasn't goin to be a nice experience. The rooms look as if they have never been dusted, cleaned or hoovered. I've been here 6 weeks now and my room hasnt been cleaned once. You get a new set of towels and a clean...

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel for a weekend in Hamburg. Located in a quiet part of the city, it made us get really good sleep. The room was clean, cosy and quite spacy, furnished in old-style house fashion, which made us feel like home. Room service was good, timely and tactfull, which would be, of course, much appreciated...
