Cons: the room was quite small but above all with little support, so the 3 of us struggled to place our things. The breakfast had almost 0 lactose-free items (they have milk on request)... it would have been ideal to have some biscuits. The breakfast staff is very friendly but the tables should be cleaned more frequently. The somewhat distracted cleaning lady entered without knocking. ouch ouch. Having traveled a lot there are some details that, if improved, could make the stay even more pleasant. Overall though I would go back.

I work with an IT Company and due to change in some business meeting requirements, I had to leave Frankfurt early and requested hotel for Early Check Out on 17th Sep' 2024 (after 3 nights of stay).
I informed the hotel staff about this change on 16th Sep morning where I was guided to talk to Ms Nicole Ullrich. During my subsequent interaction, I was assured by Ms Nicole Ullrich (She was one of the Senior Leaders) that the refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
However, I have been chasing the hotel through multiple emails and still after more than 3 months they have not refunded me EURO 308.09. They keep on evading confirmation of refund of amount by just responding "We are reviewing all the details and will revert as soon as possible".
I also took help from one of my friend in Europe who called the hotel on my behalf using his local number and spoke to the team. He was also told that they are still reviewing the details.
I travel extensively but never seen any hotel taking more than 3 months to process the refund. This is quite unprofessional on their part and especially Ms Nicole Ullrich who personally promised me about seamless refund of payment.
This is pure breach of trust and I will urge readers of this review not to stay at this hotel at all.
Located directly at the subway station and if you are lucky you will find a free parking space in front of the hotel. The breakfast was great and the room very quiet. Staff very nice!
Cons:
The parking fee in the underground garage of the hotel is decidedly too high at 25 euros PER night!! No fridge in the room, in the heat a no-go.

From what I could tell the hotel was relatively modern and clean (though, I have seen seen more recently refurbed Hamptons). The reception area was relatively spacious - both the desk and seating area. The room was big enough and the bed was fine. Bathroom had some basic toiletries. You could definitely hear people outside the doors, but given my hours there, this wasn’t an issue. I don’t think the A/C was actually adjustable apart from on/off. Could’ve done with more sockets and it had no USB charging ports.
I was checked in very quickly, in a minute really, and none of my IDs etc. were really checked, presumably because it was arranged by the airline. Found the receptionist a little.. blunt upon check-in, but a lot more accommodating by the morning.
Breakfast started too late for me to have it, but reception did provide apples and bananas before our taxi call time. Reception also offered to arrange the taxi, who I’m pretty sure also happened to be the receptionist’s friend (the guy was also there during my check in just chatting), but this isn’t an issue as far as I’m concerned as we got to the airport on time and our taxi was comped by the airline. I will say that my Bolt at 11pm cost me just under 30€ whereas this taxi cost almost double that - may have been the time, provider and the fact there was four of us, but just to mention. The ride is about 20 minutes.
