A classy hotel located near the train station, it is walking distance to the center of the city. The concierge is very helpful and makes arrangements for your stay. There are both old and new sections to this hotel with a courtyard in the middle. Older wing is a walk further, but it has its own character.

Stayed there for 2 nights during December 2010. The hotel is very conviniently located at the quiet street in the financial part of the city close to Central Station (that was useful since we travelled by train). Lots of skyscappers are around the hotel as well as nice church opposite the hotel. The hotel was recently transformed to MGallery from...

I have stayed at this hotel before and found it as per the last time - clean, well appointed, reasonable location within the city CBD - 10 min walk to shops - staff were courteous and the size of the room and bathroom is great. I recommend this hotel for a business or leisure hotel.

Elegant hotel but rooms are small and no indoor swimming pool.Breakfast could be richer with more options. Staff is rather friendly. Plus:it is a few minutes walk from frankfurt main train station. When I come back to Frankfurt I will stay there again: price/quality ratio is acceptable.

Have stayed at this hotel several times since it is close to the city center and the locations I'm visiting. Excellent service and nice and clean rooms. The restaurant and bar is recommendable. During the last trip, the hotel apparantly have change the beds to have a plastic cover over the matress which made noices when you moved around and...

This was a bad experience. Service was poor and incredibly rude. Having to explain what the 'do not disturb' sign meant to the cleaner was a low point, but not as low as listening to the justification for ignoring it. For the price, and for the chain, a lot more was expected If you want to get A Club points...

The rooms in this hotel look like they were renovated in 1940 and never again. The walls are SUPER thin and the maid/cleaning service make SO much noise all day long. Clanking bottles, continuously knocking on your door, etc. There are a few rooms which have been renovated and are okay but the layout is tight, the tvs aren't even...

I just spent two nights at this hotel located in the business sector or Frankfurt. Although the location is very convenient if you need to be near downtown Frankfurt (business district), the hotel is clearly not up to a 4* standard (max 2/3*). I was greeted at the door by the bellboy (bellman, in this case) who carried my luggage...
