It was not a superb hotel. Normal one. Tiny elevator, but works. Good service. Great room and huge (for european style). Good location. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and is it possible that I stay again. Good price.

It's a nice small hotel with kind and welcoming service . Location is ok . The room was big for a couple and one kid, but very basic and needed some maintenance so it won't look a bit old or used. Beds were fine. The bathroom is big but again nothing special or unique. It looks like a small apartment.... More

The hotel is really ok, good location, near the nicest area in Frankfurt, good room, new bathroom. But we were robbed, during the day when we were out, stollen part of our money. The locker of the bag were broken and the money was missing. We reported to the reception that called the police. Take care!! Even with the locker... More

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Also very sound proof. Although rooms looking on main road no vehicle sounds. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes walk to shopping centre. Free wifi. No tea or coffee access in rooms. Elavator to all floors so hotel is good for all ages.

Rooms are nice and clean, service is excellent and friendly. Very central and you get value for money. Provided Internet (wifi) was from my room very slow however that is the only thing affecting the rating from a genuine fiver. Breakfast was good. I never tried the bar nor other food.

I've stayed in during a business visit in July. The hotel is well located near city centre, next to Eschenheimer Tor. The room I occupied was at 4th floor, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with a variety of choices. Fresh apples welcoming guests.

The highlight of the hotel is that's it's near to Zeil and the train station and also U bahn is just around the corner . The rooms are quite big compared on Frankfurt standards . Thee is no air conditioning so that Can be a problem in a hot day .

Lack of towels(no basic towels, no bottom towel) No empty trash bin(there was sth from former guests). It might be a little mistake of maid. But we felt unpleasant from feedback of reception. It was around 10:30pm, and there were two receptionists. I explained there weren't bottom/basic towels in the room and asked to offer those. I went back to... More

This is a hotel in a good area and offers clean basic rooms. The facilities are good and in good shape. Breakfast is good and nearby are different restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. The key sightseeing points are all in walking distance and you should have no issue walking nearby in this area.
