Perfectly located in a quiet area close to the city center. Rooms need to be cleaned and restored in details. The gentlemen in the front office are very helpful and kind. Despite some minor problems, we enjoyed our stay for one night and we are really thankful to Mr. Saheb Jam at the front office. His presence makes the hotel...

Firstly the price. Staggering at 220 euros per person per night, and worth about 20-30 euros. Obviously massively inflated to capture the desperate late bookings of foreign business travellers going to Frankfurt Messe exhibitions. Positives first - Bed linen clean, towels clean, water warm, TV works and Location - about 100metres from the subway, which is on the main line...

We stood at this hotel 1 night (29 Oct 2014). It is the worst hotel that we have seen until now. The rooms are looking very different than the ones in the pictures from the booking.com web site. We asked for a double bed, but we received a twin room. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with a lot of dust...

We stayed here for 2 nights on a mini Europe trip and it was the worst hotel we had. The room was horrible and the bathroom was just a disaster! The staff were very rude to my boyfriend and even dismissed him halfway through him asking for a plug when we wanted to use the bath! We asked another member...

This hotel was paid for and provided by a promoter that booked my band Valley of the Sun in Frankfurt on our October 2014 European tour. The fact that we didn't have to pay for the hotel did not make it a pleasant stay. The hotel was in a bad state of disrepair, really needing updating. The rooms we were...

No joke I have never seen anything this dirty disgustingly bad in all my life. I had the misfortune of booking this online while on the road at a time when there was a auto conference on. They had hiked the price up maybe triple or more from the usual price. When we viewed the room we were speechless. It...

Dirty bathroom with bathware from 1960's. Stains in the toilets, thick layers of dust on the iron steel heater, no hairdryer. Smells of mould + cigarette. No WiFi even if you pay for the service. Awaken by the cleaner in the corridor in the early morning due to the lack of sound insulation between the rooms and the corridor. The...
