I've been to many luxury hotels but this one is hands down the best I've visited. We stayed in the Royal Suite and had a 3k sq foot roof top terrace on the Rhine river! Also had a 5 person shower and multiple bathrooms! I would recommend this hotel for anyone in the area for Gamescom which is only about...

I had the pleasure to spend 3 months at the Kameha Grand and could not have thought of a better place. The Hotel is very fashionable with a stylish and high-quality interior. In particular the rooms are very nice. As I am very picky with cleanliness, I was delighted by the housekeeping that cleaned meticulously. In addition to the great...

Have been there a couple of times before. Checking in and out was fast and easy, staff was very friendly. The room is was very clean and it's a real pleasure enjoying all amenities e. g. the towels, the bed etc. Breakfast is not really outstanding, very fresh food and drinks, missed spelt bread.

I really liked his hotel, the decor has to be seen it's so overdone, and yes the word bordello does come to mind. Being on the river is great for a morning walk. The breakfast and lunches were very good. Overall an interesting place for a business meeting.

Dear Jackie H., thank you for your Feedback. We know that our Design is special and polarizing, but I´m sure that our Guest do appreciate the differences to other Hotels and come to our House because the Design is special and we offer great services. The first word that came to my mind when entering the lobby from the parking lot was "bordello." Gigantic red lights and other equally huge, very odd decorative elements greet you. Check-in was very efficient. The rooms are high-tech beyond all reason: a panel full of buttons controls lighting and temperature, but nothing is at all clear in how you...

Dear JDW952, thank you for your Feedback. Our Design is special and polarizing. I´m very sorry that you didn´t like the technical aspects of your room, also I would like to apologize that you got hurt in the Bathroom. I will talk to the responsable person who changed your room and didn´t instruct the Housekeeping. Powdered eggs are country-specific, thats...

A higher end hotel featuring modern design. May work for some, however, my stay was marred by design details that show poor execution and lack of thought about guest comfort. The facts: Arrived at 10:30pm after a long day of travel. Just wanted a good night's sleep. Power in the room is accessed by a keycard. Prior to guest's arrival...

Dear complelledtoshare, thank you for your Feedback. The challenges you´ve mentioned are partial technical problems. The Light Cards should stay in the slot all time. I´m very sorry that you took the light card out and used it instead of your room card. If you had questions concerning the technical use of the Light panels, please call the Just4You Service...

We stayed at Kameha for two nights in a premium room. The check-in process was reasonably hassle free, we decided to use the Valet parking which costs 20 Euros/day. The alternative was to use the parking next to the hotel which would cost about the same. Kameha Grand is a modern hotel with a very "interesting" decor. Staff are friendly...

Dear Reza F., thank you for your response. You are right, there is space to improve the Roomservice. I`m very sorry that your order took quite long and wasn´t even complete then. We´ll talk about that topic internally and work on improving. I´m very happy that you found the staff friendly and helpful. We really hope to have you back...
