Hotel was clean and with all basic amenities (TV, radio, mini fridge). Reception staff were always happy to help. Nothing too fancy but good for the budget travelers. Breakfast was good too. Would recommend it for people visiting the city. The only negative thing is that the property does not have a lift.

Good price/quality ratio, very good position, near to main railway station and Dome, staff very polite and courteous, good breakfast, confortable bed, free Wi-fi only in reception area, to have it in the rooms need to pay, insufficient heating in room

Nice simple accommodation, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly host, very chatty. Noise from trains but expect that as the hotel is so central with station on the doorstep and close to the river. Handy for bars and restaurants.

I travelled to Cologne by train as I'm not a flyer and was delighted to find that this Hotel was within easy reach of the main station. It was less than a 2 minute walk from the station. The Hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were very friendly, polite and welcoming. I stayed in a twin room, which I...

We went just for a weekend to visit cologne and choose this hotel coz of a great location and price. The staff is really authentic and friendly, and we got more comfort than we actually paid for. Thank you

The location near the railway and bus stations was perfect for me. The hotel is on a quiet corner so you get a good night's sleep. It's a bit dated, but clean, solid and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and very good, though the investment in a coffee machine would be appreciated. Wifi costs...
