Standard hotel without special features. Clean rooms, basic equipment but everything we needed for a short stay. German breakfast was comprehensive. Ratio, reference to performance/price convinced. Parking situation is problematic, garage too tiny.

We managed to get an early check in than expected, which we were very thankful for. There were no elevators but one of the staff was nice enough to carry our luggage for us. Rooms were spacious and clean, shower was comfortable and some toiletries were provided. The wifi worked well and the daily room service was also great. We...

We spent 2 nights here in September 2015. Here's a quick summary... Positives: was one of the cheapest hotels we stayed at over our 2 week German holiday. Located about a 10 minute walk from HBF. Negatives: the bed was covered in hair (what we assume is the cleaners hair) so it wasn't the cleanest place we stayed. Breakfast wasn't...

Really scruffy. Dirty. Only the sheets and towels were clean. They did not clean the floor while we were there. The man at the reception on our arrival (NOT DIMITRI) was unpleasant as if we were just another problem... He told us to go to our room...but guess what?? He forgot to tell us our room number and to give...

Stayed here for 5 nights and were pleased with the hotel overall. Rooms are basic but very adequate and clean with plenty of hot water for showers. The breakfast is excellent with good selection of eggs, cold meats ,bread rolls ,cheeses..The hotel is however very close to rail tracks and if you are sensitive to noise , this hotel may not be...

Being slightly disabled, this was not really a hotel for people with disablements. The manager was very kind and managed to find me a ground floor room, and I was so grateful my poor husband did not have to carry cases upstairs as there was no help with this. Being that we were on the ground floor, it was very basic,...

Visited this hotel end of May for a short weekend break with my partner. Hotel is close to train station, in a good location. Close to the cathedral and lots of bars and restaurants. Rooms were spacious, we asked for a double and got a triple, modern and clean upon arrival. Nice shower with good temperature. There was free wifi...

This review is a little late as we stayed in December 2014. We went to Cologne to visit the Christmas markets and this hotel is in a good location as we were able to walk to most of them, it is also next to the train station. The rooms were spacious and the continental breakfast was good. The staff were...

Hotel very basic. No lift and no help to carry cases up 3 floors. Shower over high bathtub very dangerous as has no bars to hold on and is very slippery. Room was not made up till late afternoon. Cleanliness and breakfast ok. Would not stay again as we think a bit overpriced for what you get.
