Realy good rooms. Good bed and aircondition witch I loved. Only negative I can mention was: Breakfast. The Breakfast area is realy small. and get realy crowded if the hotel is full. Not the best breakfast but enough. The last thing is late cheekout. Not possible at all.

Visited this hotel for a weekend with 2 other friends to watch a BvB Dortmund match. Took this hotel because it’s a 2min walk from the centre. Visited other B&B hotels around Europe and there quiet the same so you’re most of the time in a very new hotel like this. Room was not so big, we had a family room and it was cramped with 3 adults, but all in all it was great for sleeping and showering. The most important it was very clean! At the reception/cleaning staff where all friendly and helpfull when we asked for information. Parking space at the hotel was very limited so you have to be lucky, otherwise in the surrounding streets is enough space (not sure it’s legal or only for neighbors, al least we didn’t get a ticket or towed away), in the lobby there is a vending machine with snacks and drinks (beers). If I return back for an other game this will be my hotel for sure, also metro to the Signal Iduna park is 2min walk.

Stayed here after booking a last minute trip to watch Dortmund and my usual hotel being fully booked - I was not disappointed. The hotel offers free parking, but is limited. There is street parking also, which you must pay for but again, on a match day, not guaranteed. I managed to get a parking space which I had to pay for on the street but it was only a few euros for 24 hours. I was told as well, traffic wardens do not come often (especially on matchdays) and that if you were caught without a ticket, the fine was only 20 euros - but I didn't take the chance. Hotel just a short walk to the underground station, Reinoldikirche, which took you to Signal Iduna Park. The hotel itself was very bright, modern and clean. Would recommend when staying in Dortmund. Very central in Dortmund to to wonder the city also.

Rude behavior. No payment document. Reservation canceled. Your baby can not sleep with you. Forced second room hiring and separation of parents ??? !! I was forced to pay a second room for my child's mother because we were not allowed to sleep as a family. The same thing happened to my eyes with another family with a baby less than a year old !!! When I tried to object, my personal papers were thrown back and I was told to go because there were no vacant rooms. The mistake is not in me. "All children are welcome," "All children up to 13 years of age stay free of charge in the parents' room when using existing beds." Now I see it was changed, but then it was not. And instead of excuse and understanding, I and the other two couples with young children and babies were harshly welcomed...

Excellent location. Rooms are small, but very clean and well designed. There is a hairdryer. Breakfast is optional and not exceptional.Staff is not that friendly. No room service, no lobby bar, just a vending machine. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed my stay, mainly due to its proximity to city center and great service.

Good value for money but you do get what you pay for. Rooms very clean but not that big. Welcome was good, small car park (if you are lucky enough) onsite. Breakfast is an option and a little chaotic. All in all serves the purpose as a good budget hotel, which is what they are trying to achieve
