Nice and Friendly staff and god choice of activities. with a bar in the reception and a gaming area. The place is in the middle of the city next to the train station and close to the main shopping street. There is also parking easy to access right next to the Hostel.

I was in a 8 bed room. I like everything about this hostel. Value: in terms of price and quality it is excellent. It maintained cleanliness better and standard quality and maintenance also. Location of this hostel is also near to Dortmund main station.

I can totally recommend this hostel if you are on a budget. We visited it at the begin of December when all xmas markets opened up after pandemic was lifted so it was quite busy in the city and that was the only available option below 150 per night and it was not a disappointment. We had a family room with a sort of kingsize bed for parents and a bunk bed for 2 kiddos. Great matresses, tidy bathroom and a toilet, fresh linnens, all u need to fall in bed after you've cruised through few xmas markets. Everything one needs for a short stay. Breakfast price is around 10 euro, nothing luxurious, and yet all you need to enjoy a breakfast. Personnel is extremely friendly and forthcoming. Only compliments from all of us!

All I needed for 1 night in Dortmund. Quick walk from central station, lockers in the rooms or big lockers for 4€, that I used for larger luggage. I stayed in a shared room for 6. That’s my pwn risk of course considering how well your sleep can be with snorring and ppl entering the room at night… air ventilation could be better!

Loved it. & would probably stay here whenever i visit Dortmund. Good location and easily traceable by foot or car. Terribly friendly staff. You ought to be here after a long days walk in the city. Vast lobby if you enjoy chilling even after or before check-in in or out.

Location on the hostel is comfortable, not far from DB. Property was comfortable, room was clear. That’s fine that room has own bathroom. Room was clean and spacious. One problem is surcharge for bed linen.

This is a Hotel, not a Hostel, dont have Locker for backpackers, only in reception said you can out your baggage in the baggage room, dont have a kitchen, like in all Hostel, this is no a hostel, is a fake hostel, My First Time in A&O hostel and the end with this Company, never again
