We arrived for just one night. We were met by an extremely helpful and efficient lady on reception. She was very friendly and explained everything regards breakfast etc. The room was excellent no complaints at all. The next day we had a wonderful breakfast ( Germany does the best breakfast) and went on our way refreshed. Would use again most definitely. Cannot praise high enough to all the staff at this hotel 👍👍👍👍

The room is clean and cool, but the hotel is isolated with no dining near by. Convenient to U Bahn, though. Room is cramped, WiFi sketchy, and breakfast stingy. Quite expensive for being so remote in a second rate city. Better and cheaper choices available in the center of town.

Dear Pierronzollo, thank you for your feedback. Please note we have 3 differnet restaurant just in walking distance one of them is located just a viwe steps from the Hotel across the street. Means we do have a lot of food options in our neighborhood

The hotel isn’t fancy but it is clean, modern and conveniently located adjacent to the highway making it perfect for a one night stop mid travel. Staff were friendly, the parking was free and the included breakfast was more than adequate. Would stay here again if we were passing through.

Good looking hotel with car park spaces outside. Very nice and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Unfortunately due to COVID 19 there was no choices for breakfast. Clean room. Hotel is close to motorway. Bathroom was clean.

The hotel is clean but a bit old, has good staff, access to the restaurant and metro station, a very good restaurant close to the hotel, everything is orderly and acceptable and breakfast is also acceptable.

Parking is provided for a fee , Near motorway but in quiet location . Staff very polite , good language skills , restaurant , and breakfast was included in price ( good selection of food for breakfast , nice juce , tea and coffee ) Room - all you need,air-con working :) , spacious shower , and bed provided good night sleep,very comfortable bed , hair fan , iron , tea can All together very nice place to stay Recommend to all

Excepting the fact that the hotel is located in a remote area where there are very limited options to have the lunch or diner nothing else is wrong with this hotel. The rooms are good size, very clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast offers a large variety of choices. The stuff very friendly and desirous to help in case of need. The Dortmund center is easily accessible by SBahn and as well the Dortmund Aeroport.

Compared to Holiday Inn in the UK this hotel is excellent. Don't expect to be given special treatment as after all it is a budget hotel so a lot of self service but the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Their English is excellent too if, like me, you can't speak German. The hotel is very conveniently situated near to the Hauptfriedhof tram station with very frequent services into the centre of Dortmund. the hotel also has it's own car park which is barrier operated. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed for electrical points for charging your various gadgets we have these days. The beds were comfortable giving a good quiet sleep. Breakfast in the morning was self service with no restriction on how much you had. It was a comfortable stay. It was made even better with the unseasonal hot weather too!…

We had the opportunity to visit the hotel for one night as it is adjacent to the A1 freeway. The hotel is a typical discount hotel with the necessary amenities. We appreciated that the breakfast is included in the fair price - and included different breads, coffee, juice and such. The hotel was clean and parking is available at the hotel.

Nice clean rooms, huge parking. Slightly off City Center but convenient if one does business in this area. Very efficient check-in and check-out, friendly staff. One would expect a more generous breackfast . The eggs only hardboiled that were kept warm. When I asked for a fried eggs I was told that the hotel does not hae kitchen. Strange. Een ery small 1-2 stars Hotels can offer an egg variety
