I frequently stay at this family run hotel and am never disappointed by the friendly welcome from reception, attentive service, clean spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet. Great value for money and local to the city with the benefit of a free tourist tram...More
We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. The location is very convinient, close to the tram stop. The hotel staff was very kind, polite and helpful. They provided us with the free cards for the public transport for each member of the family, gave...More

A fantastic hotel, we were there for 5 days and they were all so friendly and helpful. It is also well located , close to trams and trains. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, I cannot recommend this hotel enough .

though I've never been there, I would almost certainly say that they don't have any air conditioning. It is very uncommon in Germany (Europe?), especially in those kind of smaller hotels in older buildings. I've had air conditioning in a hotel once in Berlin, but it was in the upper levels of a mall without the possibility to open any window. Which is, at least for my taste, very very displeasing. You're better off here to just open a windows. The weather usually isn't that hot either.
