Clean, normal sized breakfast and good location. Tram is just outside the door. My colleagues complained of noise from the nearby road. Room size is really small but still, it gets the job done if you are here for business (only need hotel to sleep). Small shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant (Greek) was great!

Arrived at airport. Prior to this the hotel emailed me transport links. Took the bus 721 to Bankstrasse, cost €2:60 each. 6 mins walk, easy. Check in- excellent, friendly staff. Encouraged to take breakfast at €9 each. Room 418- corner room, floor to ceiling windows with trams below on street level- I found this room very small and oddly weird...

Location of this hotel is quite convenient, there are nearby restaurant, bakery, beer pub, cafe, fast food, and a small Greek supermark. Lite rail is just on the side and takes you to town. 2 Parking space are for free. If its full, need to look for parking. Breakfast at extra cost.Room are clean but a bit small, its bearable.

This is really a bargain in an otherwise massively overpriced city. Great, friendly and helpful service, good location for where my wife had to go and still conveniently close to the center and the area with the wonderful Japanese restaurants. Clean rooms with mini bars; we'd only insulate from sound a little more, but still give 5 stars due to...

If you're planning to spend a day & night out on the town and you're only using the hotel to sleep, it is excellent. We checked in, took the tram to the city centre for 1.60, spent the day & night drinking and took a taxi back for about 15 euros. Great value for money, especially if you're sharing the...

We booked this hotel for 5 days and made a cancelation and its been approved by the hotel. There's no booking fee, since we made the cancelation a week before. Suddenly when I checked my bank account they charge me for GBP 300. That was insane!!

We stayed for one night in the hotel. The hotel is a few kilometers outside the city center but the tram stops in front of the hotel and the hotel has a parking garage. In the weekend it's free to park at the street so don't pay for the parking garage when you stay in the weekend. The staff is...

I have been there for many years to go to the exhibitions. It's good located, quiet, great breakfast and clean. Free wifi, a bit slow, but ok. The restaurant TAO, 200 m away has great Chinese dim sim and other food.

in other words, simple, basic, basic breakfast is minimum service but ok, you get food in your stomach. room was real tiny, like student room. bed not good. tv german ok service for taxis though, so you can get around town easy, but not the area to hang around.

The room are the smallest I've ever seen in 40 years. They made a mess of the bookings and were very rude when asking me to leave after breakfast a day earlier than booked. The price was exhorbitant (due to a big exhibition being on) and I would never stay there again. Bugs in the bed and in the room...

“This hotel has a good location for various business locations in Dusseldorf Unfortunately it's located at the terminus of a tram line and a very busy road junction The result is that sleep is nigh impossible, the single rooms are tiny and claustrophobic When I arrived they had given the superior room I booked on line to someone else with a vaguely similar name, obviously not asking them for ID The result was I was given a small noisy room and I had virtually no sleep”
