The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The management took into account our previously expressed wishes regarding hygiene and anti-allergic bedding. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious and quietly located at the rear of the hotel. Heating and domestic hot water were perfectly adjustable. The hotel has an underground car park with reserved parking spaces. Pleasant breakfast room...

The Imperial Hotel looks a bit boring from the outside, but inside you will find a spacious lobby and dining room, where a good breakfast buffet is being served. The owner is a painter, and some of her art work is on display in the hotel, and can be bought. The rooms are equally a bit boring at first sight,...

I chose this hotel twice already for weekends in Duesseldorf. Main factor for picking this hotel was the low price. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. The staff is friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean and are equipped with neutral furniture, flatscreen TVs and safes. The only minus about the rooms is that they dont have airco. On...

It is a modern hotel in a very quiet area it appeared as it has been refurbished recently which looked wonderful, I stayed here for two days and was well-served and taken care of. Rooms were fairly large and sparkling clean; bathroom had all modern amenities and was clean too. The location is very convenient which makes it suitable for...

Stayed there from 8-16 May for DRUPA exhibition. I had Bombay room on the top floor which was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good and the room/bathroom was spotlessly clean. Both my work colleagues and I did not like the pillows - typical German big square pillows with no substance. The rooms could have done with aircon as well. Overall...

Clean hotel, excellent location and good value. Rooms were clean with flat screen TV and bath tub. Location was good, near river Rhein north from altstad. Lots of good restaurant in the area, but still safe and quiet. Trams and U-bahn stops nearby. Staff was ok, not the greatest, but they did know enough english. No Wifi in rooms, only...

Nicel hotel, clean, nice room, very modern and everything ok. It was a comfortable, modern hotel, but not cosy. I was travelling alone and missed a bar in the hotel to sit in at night or to drink something. Breakfast was served from 7.00 o' clock. However I had to leave very early. I asked for an early breakfast, but I...

This is a bad hotel. By some unbelievably bad luck, my visit coincided with some kind of plastics exhibition/trade show and so between the 27th of october and 2nd of November, all the decent hotels were booked up. So i figured this couldnt be too bad. The 3 nights cost well over 400 and without breakfast.. The room smelt strongly...

Just returned from a 2 night break at this hotel. We booked through Bookings.com and paid 54 euros per night for a double room with breakfast (which was excellent). Only a 15 minute walk to either the old Town or River Rhine. Underground station 5 minutues walk and there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Rooms are clean...

I have been at the Imperial in Düssledorf lately and the hotel looks great after the refurbishment. The staff is very helpfull and nice, the place is very clean and the breakfast buffet is fantastic, and it's included in the rate! Thanks.
