My family stayed in this hotel when I got married- I was looking for somewhere close to our apartment, and walked in to speak with the actual owner. (How often does that happen, anymore?) I looked at the rooms, and it is actually like a boutique hotel. Would recommend staying on the garden side, as directly outside is a streetcar...

The hotel has a really nice lobby and breakfast area which is evident when you enter the building. However, once you go to your room, the charm vanishes. The rooms are very rundown, and there are no amenities to speak of. When we were there, there was a heat wave, and the room offered nothing in terms of cooling (no...

2 starts for the advantages of 24 hours front desk, and the warm feeling of the hotel interior. However, got a room that my bed is right behind the elevator, every time when elevator moved it is really noisy! When somebody came back at midnight or leave early, simply disturbing, and it's to the level that's affecting sleeping seriously. Further,...

Stayed here for three nights with my wife. Very pleasant staff with nothing being too much trouble. The hotel is very clean and the food at breakfast was of good quality. Its location is great for access to Dusseldorf centre. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the bus to the airport is very close too. My only...

Just three words: seriously overpriced hotel. Basic room and no internet or breakfast included in the price. Had to pay 4 euros each night for the internet and the outrageous thing is that the wifi signal was very weak in the room so you could not really use it. Hotel staff was not the friendliest as well. On the positive...

Tram stopps directly infront of the hotel Very quite hotel if you get a room facing the back side. Its a non smoking hotel. Staff is very helpful and flexible. A good business hotel with very friendly staff who all seem genuinely happy to be working here. The hotel is well equipped and exceptionally clean. The rooms are small but well presented. Trams stop outside so great links to the city areas and airport. Good bars and restaurants near by.

“Room 747 is incredibly small with a dormer ceiling and should be avoided as is room 100 - mostly because it opens into the brakfast room. It's a little odd to wake up with folks right outside the door... Pay for a double, and the room gets MUCH larger, but you will be staying in the "annex" across the street, which just seems less fun.”
