Stayed here on a 3 night business trip. I had a nice clean room (602) with a modern bathroom with a walk in overhead shower (very powerful and refreshing). Bar & restaurant are small but that simply encourages a short <5min walk to all the local restaurants (German, Spanish, Greek, Asian, Italian and Gaucho for steak) which offer great food...

What a lovely place! Fantastic big room (even had a separate dressing/cloakroom), lovely breakfast, helpful and friendly staff from reception to bar waiting and housekeeping, superb food quality on room service, great location in the centre of town with its own car park. Beautiful pool and sauna which we were hoping to use but Sod's law our little one got...

This is close to town which is a plus. Unfortunately the first night we were in reception until nearly 2am sorting our room which was freezing cold. We had reported the fault earlier and had been told it would warm up through the evening but arrived home at 11pm to find it stone cold. Luckily they were able to fix...

We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas while visiting family. The position of the hotel within the city ring is excellent, which allowed easy walks to the main pedestrian plaza, shops, cafes, restaurants and the night markets. A Combo supermarket for most needs is located a block away from the hotel. Our standard queen bed room (609) was super comfortable,...

I spend 2 days in Best Western and regret it. Breakfast for 15Euro far too much for what was offered. Many 3 Stars hotels have better breakfast. The worst was that there was some bugs on the christmas decoration on our table. Disgusting! My room hat a nice view of the city, but was also not 100% clean. Reception staff...

Arosa hotel is quite good one located in a closer place to downtown area. You can go walking for a dinner which is quite convenient. Also, take a coffee in the reception when you come ! Breakfast and room are good and clean.

The rooms are in excellent condition, comfortable, very clean and well kept. They are a bit on the small side, but for a downtown hotel the size isn't bad. They are also very quiet in spite of being in a downtown area. There is a large variety of restaurants to choose from in the area, but the nearby shops tend...

Our group had four rooms in this very nice, conveniently situated hotel. Friendly, efficient staff. Rooms good, clean and comfortable, special mention for the best shower experience. Excellent blackout curtains meant we were late rising. Our room on 7th floor giving lovely views across Paderborn. The Christmas market was a great experience. Near the station and a shame we cant...

Stayed here for 3 nights on business. The staff knew decent English and were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well maintained. Facilities such as indoor pool, sauna are automated for entry. It was quiet at the evenings so that I could have the pool and sauna all for myself. Breakfast in the mornings was best in class with lots...

This is a real dark horse of a hotel. On its surface, the Best Western in Paderborn looks pretty standard. Look again though and some of its features turn it into something far closer to exceptional. After dark, when its colourful exterior lights go on, it transforms into something almost boutique looking. Certainly far more stylish than you initially give...
